(4 stars)Jal Dorakhttps://paizo.com/products/btpy860b?Monte-Cooks-Collected-Book-of-Experimental-Might-Hardcover2009-03-14T01:28:22Z
Monte Cook's Collected Book of Experimental Might (OGL) Hardcover

Let me begin with the reasons to buy this product:

Price. A good deal all around.

More 3rd Edition material.

Unique presentation.

If you liked Unearthed Arcana from Wizards, or Monte's own Arcana line, this is a nice companion.

Presages some of the good/interesting 4th Edition changes, and you don't have to work to adapt them to 3rd Edition.

Easy to put into play without drastic changes.

Reasons not to buy:

If you do not like wholesale mechanical changes.

If you love glossy full-colour art.

Price - if you are on a budget, choose between Arcana Evolved, Pathfinder, or Experimental Might, as there is some overlap in these products.

Monte Cook's Collected Book of Experimental Might (OGL) Hardcover

Let me begin with the reasons to buy this product:

(4 stars)Jal Dorakhttps://paizo.com/products/btpy7zkr?Pathfinder-Adventure-Path-1-Burnt-Offerings2008-07-17T21:17:09Z
Pathfinder Adventure Path #1: Burnt Offerings (Rise of the Runelords 1 of 6) (OGL)

For those of you thinking of getting into the Pathfinder APs, start here. It continues the tradition of Shackled City and Age of Worms while instilling the world of Golarian with its own life and future.

I would have liked a bit more detail on how to make the PCs native to the town, but that is a minor issue.

Excellent quality in both production and design. I plan on using it in the FR, and it does not seem like much work to transplant Sandpoint.

Pathfinder Adventure Path #1: Burnt Offerings (Rise of the Runelords 1 of 6) (OGL)

For those of you thinking of getting into the Pathfinder APs, start here. (4 stars)Jal Dorakhttps://paizo.com/products/btpy7u5o?GameMastery-Item-Cards-Adventure-Gear-Deck2008-05-15T03:35:40Z
GameMastery Item Cards: Adventure Gear Deck

I have to say, I was impressed enough with the Critical Hit/Fumble Decks that I picked this up on a whim at my FLGS. I can already imagine using it to spice up a merchants shop, lay out the equipment of a recently defeated foe, or have PCs organize their backpacks (put everything in your backpack under your backpack card!).

I would have liked multiple copies of some of the more common items, but for $10 I can pick up an extra deck no problem. And copying is pretty inexpensive, even in colour.

GameMastery Item Cards: Adventure Gear Deck

I have to say, I was impressed enough with the Critical Hit/Fumble Decks that I picked this up on a whim at my FLGS.
