Hi, I'm Jacob Trier aka JaceDK

When I'm not slaying trolls or guiding my players towards certain death and dismemberment, I'm busy playing the roles of father, husband, friend and colleague. My lovely and supporting wife and I are the proud parents of a lively 2½ year old future gamer. I pay the bills handling communication at a local Social and Health Care College. I live in Aarhus, Denmark.

I've been a book-worm literally since before I could walk. Growing up, the library was one of my favorite places, and among other things, I found those Sword and Sorcery pick-your-path books as well as classics such as the Dragonlance series. Around the time I was ten, I learned about Ad&D 2nd ed from friends in school, and soon got my hands on a Players Handbook (still got it). I've been a gamer ever since.

Pathfinder society
Somehow, despite not yet having earned my first PFS GM Star, I have managed to become Venture-lieutenant for Jutland, my local region in Denmark. If you happen to be from Denmark, especially from the Aarhus area, drop by the Danish Pathfinder Society website and say hi.

RPG Superstar
In 2012, I was fortunate enough to make it into the Top 32 in the RPG Superstar contest with my Sunrise Shawl. I followed that up in round 2 with The Maidens of Veiled Vengeance, who secured me enough votes to advance to the Top 16. Round 3 didn't go quite so well, my huri beaten by far more awesome monsters. So, the option is open for 2013 and beyond.
