Kwiazy, unbeknownst to Cani, is actually a well-trained dancer, which he uses in his combat moves... he tries to dance as much like Cani as possible to not put Cani's efforts to shame... "Let's Dance, Cani!

perform: dance: 1d20 + 23 ⇒ (19) + 23 = 42

Somehow, he finds it easy to dance matching Cani's moves instead of making his own (I assume with a 42, I can do Cani's moves with a fairly equal level.) (Trying a bit to draw out Cani's own talents at the same time, and teach him a few new moves as well)

Sorry for my absence - We had a death in the family and I've been mostly away and not paying as much attention to gaming or keeping up with correspondence and such.

I wouild prefer to keep playing if that's still an option... and yes, I would like pfs credit if possible for the last book.

Kwiazy was a bit surprised to see so many of these gug things that Yvra barked information about. So many and so big. Why did these uglies always have to be so big?

oh my... this game also got moved in my game listings ... refreshed several times, but didn't see the orange updates block, so just moved on ... didn't even notice it wasn't this game I was looking at and now I need to scroll down to see this game, sigh...

Kwiazy can't fly either! But then, he doesn't even look like he can, lol

Kwiazy walks over to Itchy and gives him a pat on the head and a little bit of meat. "You're a cute pup. Haven't seen a proper goblin dog in a while." He looks at Velvunk and gives him a wide grin.

"Nice to meet you too, Itchy-friend. Velvunk, right?" He holds out a hand to shake, then nods to Velvunk's holy symbol. "That's the sign of the shooty-god, right? Erstil? Rastle? Something like that. I once met a not-quite-human with wings and a big fancy bow who wore one of those. He was just passing through my town, and stopped in to buy arrows. Seemed nice. Called himself Raffle and said something about going off to vank.. um... defeat, that's a easier word, an evil queen. But he did seem very chill. Very nice longshanks. Maybe I should learn more about this Erstil-god. You'll teach Kwiazy?"

He looks over toward Compensates and for a brief moment does a little mental gymnastics, and wonders aloud whether his acronym came from the fact that he specializes in putting enemies in CoFfiNs.

His eyes scan the now-larger group he's part of and grins. "We are again a formidable force for good, yes? Let's go kick some evil butt!"

disclaimer: I wrote this post hours ago before had lunch, worked in my studio for a few hours ago and then went to spend the evening with friends. I forgot to hit enter first. So, it's a bit of a non-sequitur now, but here goes anyway. Also, in the post below there's a link to a picture of Kwiazy so I don't have to give a full description.

Kwiazy looks at all the new small-folk, all willing to help against the Iron Legion. A smile is slow to spread across his face, but as it grows it literally covers most of his face, filled with very sharp teeth, but a smile none-the-less.

New-folk and old see a very changed Kwiazy, who, having been offered the services of dwarven crafts-folk, took the offer to heart and decided to up his swashbuckler creds by having some appropriate clothing made for his small frame. Today was his first chance to wear any of his new threads in public.

Kwiazy's new image

"It be.. it IS an honor and pleasure to meet all of you, new friends!" He quickly corrected his goblin syntax, something he still struggles with from time to time, though he's gotten much better at it than when he first joined this mixed group of goblin and kobolds...

I am Kwiazy, human-friend, dwarf-friend he added hurriedly and slayer of bad things."

He walks.. actually more like 'struts'... over to Beetly and holds out a hand in the very human gesture of a handshake request, showing no distaste for Beetly's dark and dirty condition. "A pleasure to meet you, Beetly. I think you and we can both learn from each other. It will be my honor to call you 'friend'."

None of the others seemed so shy as the goblin 'spy', so he addressed the rest as a group. "A pleasure to meet you all... I'm sure that together we can open a whole bag of holding full of whoopass on those Iron Fangs. Here's to our future success!" He raises a closed fist into the air and says "Viva la Resistance!" He's not exactly sure what the Galtan words 'viva la' mean, but he understands the gist, and hopes the others do as well.

Kwiazy looks intrigued at the pipe and the smoke and the smoke-rings, then at Petrahk curiously, wondering what she might find objectionable about the smoke.

He does recall humans smoking odd substances that never seemed to affect him the same way they described the stuff...

He shrugs and sniffs the smoke wreathing about Compensates. Finding it not-unpleasing of a scent, he tries taking a puff... coughing and choking a moment, not expecting the taste and acridity of the smoke to be as strong. He holds up a hand as the coughing slows and then stops, then tries a second draw of smoke.

This second time, he was ready for it and took a deep breath of the stuff... holding it in for a long moment before breathing out... He tried to imitate Compensates draconic mouth movements to make a smoke ring, but with his wide goblin mouth, it just doesn't work the same way and he gets nothing but a formless puff of smoke.

"I guess that part takes practice, eh?" He chuckles at his own incompetence at making smoke-rings, the chuckle turning into a laughing fit he can't seem to control... After a moment, he realizes the laughter is coming from a place he can't seem to control.

"Is this normal?" he asks Compensates... and as if to experimentally find out for himself, he takes another puff.

I'd be interested in trying to recruit another character, and failing that, trying one of the other options- bringing Gorm with us sounds like fun!, being mythic sounds like fun too... bringing a mythic Gorm along would be just icing on the cake lol... (ie, I'm pretty easy and willing to try anything)

Kwiazy nodded at each telling, and recalled that they asked for each of the party to recount their own story, so he briefly told his. He spoke in almost perfect and unaccented dwarven, without the usual goblin 'colloquialisms', recounting how he was raised like any typical goblin when very young - taught to hate and fear longshanks among other things... But due to a curious nature, he shadowed and studied the longshanks for a while before being captured by hobgoblins. He learned quickly that not all non-humans were trustworthy or good and when he escaped from the hobgoblins by killing their leader during a raid on a human town, he ended up as an outsider in the human town, with no place else to go. Slowly, they learned to trust him, and he them. In time, he learned they weren't bad, and they learned the same of him. Their children taught him how to play, the adults taught him how to live, fight fair, speak common fluently, be productive and be an asset to a community.

"I think we all have our own stories, but the essence is that our different paths led us in time to each other. We are a family now, with a goal... The Ironfangs must be stopped and we intend to be a part of that."

He turned then to Gorm and tilted his head to one side and smiled with an almost engaging expression. "This 'Society' of yours... do you think they might accept me... us... as well? If not now, maybe someday?" sorry, couldn't resist that.

past few weeks have been a wild ride for me as well, with cons and the specials, so the timing is perfect for a short break. Hoping things calm down after next weekend, when I'll be done with the new One-Shot and Malevolence.

Kwiazy points out the vibrating crystals to the others and tries to go around them, giving them a wide berth, in case they might explode or something. On the off-chance the vibration might summon something hostile he'll keep a hand on the hilt of his blade.

Kwiazy notes Petrahk sleeping on her small pile of gold and thinks about the tales he's heard of great dragons and their prodigious hordes. He sneaks up when she is deep in rem sleep and adds a few extra gold coins to the pile. 'Everyone's gotta start somewhere I guess... I'll just help her along a bit.' he thinks to himself... he goes off to find a place to sleep himself that night feeling like he's accomplished something small but important.

Not that he is racially predisposed to avoiding dirt and muck, being a goblin, but Kwiazy has spent a lot of time around humans and learned that cleanliness is something worth the effort to achieve. His face wrinkles up in distaste at the smells and he clings tighter to Petrahk's feet as they descend, making every effort to avoid contact with anything icky.

Kwiazy panics for a very brief moment at what might happen if this doesn't work, and contorts his lithe frame in a seemingly impossible mid-air twist and somersault and grabs for Petrahk... while he's not particularly particular about what he might grab, he does aim for a foot.

Pathfinder Roleplaying Game Superscriber

Hello.. I've sent several emails regarding my Lost Omens subscription and have received no replies yet. I am still waiting for the pathfinder society guide. It hasn't been charged to my card yet, even tho it shows I still have the subscription active and I haven't received the product in an form (not physical or pdf). Is this ever going to be processed?

Also, when I signed up for the subscription, the page clearly said if anything was preordered, that would be cancelled automatically and I wouldn't be double charged or double shipped. Yet, I was charged for two copies of the Legends book and have two physical copies now. I'd like to return one and get a refund on it. PLease advise on how to go about this, thanks. (several email requests to resolve this issue were sent as well with no response).

Kwiazy pulls his blade and examines it, contemplates wrapping it in dark cloth, but then considers that might dull edge in combat, at least for the first cut. Maybe paint? or some kind of magic? He shrugs and re-sheathes the blade... Then realizes Ahmose has moved on and spoken to just about everyone and is now talking to Alaka. He nods in response to her comments about fire, hats and heroes. And thinking of hats makes him think of his bard friend, Trinket, and he sighs and rubs one eye... squinting to avoid any sign of weakness.

Kwiazy gives Floggy a little wink "Yup, we be pursuing the army.... gonna pick off the stragglers that aren't secretly good guys, until we can confront what's left. At least I think that's what we're doing."

He follows the kobolds out to meet the rangers after having studied the map and sketched out a quick version of his own in case he gets separated from the main group.

Kwiazy walks in late to the party, having just woken from a nap...He blinks at all the newcomers, yawns, then smiles. "We have new friends?" His eyes grow hugely round as he sees Floggy. "You are gobbo? With a tail? You are a kitty-gobbo? He walks over and circles Floggy a few times finally stopping behind him and staring at his tail. "Fascinating!"

After his momentary fixation on the tail.. he licks his lips as he spots the batty-bat. "Not food? His voice drips with disappointment. He sighs...

"Hullo, Blue." He says, nodding a greeting at Ahmose. "Pretty scales. Do you breathe and do magic too?"

"Oh. Introductionisms. Sorry. I am Kwiazy, swordmaster and hobbogobbo slayer. Or I would be." He looks crestfallen for a moment. "Usually they burn before I can get to them...Can't argue with the power of SunnyRay" He looks at Petrahk and Alaka and gives them each a wink. "But I keep trying."

"That's a great idea... can you show on a map please where they come from? That would be better than someone taking us there, as that would put one of your people at risk. We don't want that if it can be... not happening." He says that last after stumbling a moment over the word 'avoided'. He looks up at the mayor hopefully with a smile on his face and the feather in his hat slipping down over his face almost comically. He doesn't see the humor in it and tries a few times to blow it out of his eyes, then turns the hat around.
