Background:

Once a proud officer of the Lastwall army, Ibram was sentenced to death after rumors of his horrendous war crimes started spreading. On the eve of his execution, he was quietly ushered away from the gallows and into the penal legions, where he was to serve his sentence until he was or killed in battle. It was in this state that Watch-Captain Alfrik Gundarstein found him. Offered the chance of pardon, however impossible it may be, he accepted the assignment, no questions asked.
