Hornan was born on a stormy night while his parents were on a ship headed south from Varisia, where they used to live. His father used to be a deck hand, but grew tired of constant goblin attacks on the small shipping village. They arrived in Port Peril to stop and purchase new supplies, but the vessel was captured by pirates. He and his parents had no choice but to stay in Port Peril. And it was certainly tough. Both of his parents had caught diseases and died before Hornan was 5 years old. He wound up at a temple of Besmara, where he was raised by the Pirate Priest. He worked in the temple before becoming a deck hand in the port. He learned something of swordplay in order to defend himself. He also found that he could summon massive anounts of strength when angered. Currently, he is 20 years old, working in the port's docks for whoever needs physical labor or a bodyguard.
Hornan stands at 6 1/2 feet tall, with long brown hair and a very muscular build from his career as a deck hand. He is a very quiet person, unless he is angered of course.
