BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

Thanks so much. One question, Justin said it should arrive within 2 to 5 business days. The pending order on my account page says, "Should ship from our warehouse within 2 to 15 business days. Will ship via USPS Priority Mail (estimated 2 to 5 business days in transit)."

If it takes 15 days, that's well beyond Christmas. Will it really take that long to ship from your warehouse?


Hi. I sent this email earlier this morning. I realize I'm on the east coast and your offices are not yet open. This is my first experience receiving a damaged item from Paizo, and since this is a Christmas gift, I'm super worried.

I emailed a picture of the damaged binding to customer.service@paizo.com I can take more pictures if you need them. I found nothing in your FAQ about the procedure for issues like this.

I placed this order on November 20, 2013 and it shipped on December 3, 2013. It finally arrived. It was packaged wonderfully, the box is in good shape but the book itself is damaged at the binding. This is a Christmas gift. I would like to return it for a replacement. Please let me know what I should do. Also, I am very concerned that the replacement will not arrive before Christmas. Is there any way we can speed up shipment?

I'm very upset by this and hope we can solve the issue together.

I rather loved the artwork in this book, so I'm guessing it really does work in this instance!

I'm not referring to the artwork inside the book. I don't have the book yet so I can't speak to the artwork inside. I'm talking about the cover. Not a fan of the cover. That is all.

The mockup cover was so much better than the cover on the final product. Also, the individual covers from the AP's original run are better than the hardback's cover.

Can you tell I'm not a fan of this cover? :-)
