About Herald of All

The Herald of All is a unique creation that serves any and all the gods as a Herald in the event that god's normal herald (or the god personally) cannot or should not be sent. It serves all gods equally and does not favor any god based on alignment, despite being lawful itself. It does not serve in any other capacity, and will not be retained. It has a number of unique abilities.

The current herald is not exactly the first Herald of All, nor will it be the last, in all likelihood. In all previous cases, whenever a Herald of All has been killed off or corrupted (which has always immediately resulted in its instant and irrevocable destruction) it has immediately reincarnated into a new Herald of All elsewhere.

It casts spells like a cleric, but can spontaneously access all spells on its list; when serving certain gods, it instead functions as a druid that can spontaneously cast all spells on its list. It can always Channel Energy like a cleric (20d6), but it can choose whether this energy is positive or negative each time it uses the ability. Its caster level equals its hit dice (25) and it has eight spells per day of each level 0th-9th. It always gains maximum hit points.

Supernal Rebuke (Su): at will as a swift action, the Herald of All can create an effect identical to blasphemy, chaos hammer, holy word, or order's wrath or any combination of the above. The Herald is immune to all such spells.

Variable Magic: whenever sent out on a mission, the herald gains 60 levels of spell-like abilities of 1st-4th level at will; 60 levels of spell-like abilities of 5th-8th level (9/day each); and two 9th level spell-like abilities it can use (1/day each). It generally tailors these abilities to its mission.

Equipment: +5 armor (usable as a breastplate or full plate), +5 bane (evil outsider) dancing disrupting (un)holy vorpal weapon (can take the form of a greatsword, lucerne hammer, or warhammer), +5 composite longbow (automatically creates a slaying arrow of the Herald's choice when drawn; needs no ammunition), cloak of resistance +2; in addition to all the above, it has an extra amount of treasure equal to double the normal treasure for its CR.

Reflected Will: all other feats, skills, and other chosen abilities are chosen each time the Herald of All is sent on a divine mission.
