BAckground

Harvak was born at the Red Beaver Lodge deep with the Dreadwood. The Red Beaver lodge was place where rangers,druids and elves waged a constant battle against the evils of the Dreadwood. The lord of Red Beaver was the ranger lord Karlis Harvak whom had loved a half-orc woman named Ig'luk in secret, she was a prisoner of his love.
Karlis kept her locked in his private tower for many years, fearful of friends and allies finding out he loved a half-orc!.
Ig'luk died giving birth to Harvak. He quickly formed a story of how he found the infant half-orc child in the woods and adopted as his own.
Harvak grew up around all manner of folks and learned many things at Red Beaver. He was known for his gentle touch with sick or wounded animals and often had many pets, however he believes all creatures should be free and not bound by cages or ropes.

Red Beaver was sacked two months ago by a tribe of Orcus worshipping ogres. Harvak was found alive by the Great Druid herself Reynard Yargrove whom healed his wounds and sent him south to the town of Saltmarsh where his fate would reveal these evils.
