"Good one fang!" Harbug brings his spear to bear as he charges up behind Angelica.

Once again, if the head in AA-64 is dead, Harbug will delay and move (Subtract the +2 to the attaack roll and add back the -2 AC, as the only head Harbug can charge at all is AA-64) once there is an open space from which he can attack with the longspear he is still holding. If no space opens before the heads' turn to go, and Harbug's knowledge roll tells him they are NOT immune to mind affecting effects, he will Evil Eye hex the one in AA-66 for -2 to attack rolls.

Just asking (without looking behind the GM screen) whether Angelica, Jackscar or Fang got any AoO's, or if he acrobatics'ed out of the way.
Harbug finishes chanting and carefully moves to touch the unconscious halfling. He turns and pulls out his longspear, levelling it at the gray-skinned man.

Finished casting Celestial healing, move to Z-54, free touch to deliver it to Zaphomil, standard converted to move action to draw Longspear. (I think I've got all that correct, if not, I guess Harbug remains unarmed). Zaphomil you now have Fast Healing 1 for 10 rounds (1 HP per round).

Harbug grunts agreement and takes up a position bracing his feet against one of the mooring posts on the southwest side of the platform. He waits for Angelica to hand him the rope, still resting from the exertion of the fight.

Harbug slumps to the ground, clearly exhausted, then pulls both boats--one at a time--onto the platform so they will not be pulled away by the current. Only then does he wave his hands a moment and shrink down to normal size.

Fang, meanwhile, shrank immediately and began climbing on the enormous orc the moment the golem collapsed.

"Do you think the group ahead of us somehow bypassed this thing? Maybe they knew where to go. That's disconcerting."

After the last hits from the glass lady, Harbug looks staggered momentarily, until Zaphomil's shout and Desna's power washes over him. He still looks dazes, and his blood is running in rivulets, soaking his clothes. "Blood god, be with me!" he calls out, wiping some of the blood out of his left eye, and smearing it on his face as though making a battle tattoo. His visage turns even more gruesome as he smiles--almost snarls--and his wounds close further.

Did the magical healing Zaph applied to Angelica last round not prevent the 1 bleed? Just wondering 'cause that usually ends bleed damage (and thus Zaph's channel might end it for Harbug as well this round).

Shabbezz--Acid Splash, as a conjuration, often works on constructs unless they have acid resistance or hardness (because it just makes a ball or real acid that you then propel at the target). I'm not saying I'm certain it will work here, but that it might.

Harbug transforms back into an orc and pulls himself from the water. "Anyone want some blood? I'm doing well but I couldn't exactly grasp what was going on above the water. Jakscar you look especially bad." Harbug taps the catman on the shoulder, and some of his wounds seal up.

I'm assuming Aid wore off before we started this fight (it was 5 minutes from the boggard cave entrance) so Harbug no longer has the 2 temp HP and +1 to attacks. Also, just in case, if any of those attacks missed AC 17 then Harbug might not have taken both hits as his AC went up by 3 from Vermin Shape (I don't know which dice rolls are which).

The jellyfish drifts toward the water elemental, its strands moving like willow branches in a whispering wind, but they all move in unison, betraying a purpose as they sweep by the elemental.

Theoretically Harbug may have cover from the elemental from Fang being in the way; also possibly it's the first round of combat and the elemental is still flat-footed for not having acted yet. If so he'll cast the spell on the skiff, then drop into the water--he will risk the possibility of Combat Reflexes allowing the elementals to take AoO's.

"Fang! Protect these two from here!" Harbug yells, pointing directly beneath himself. He casts a spell and begins to morph strangely as he drops into the water.

Harbug is casting Vermin Shape I (link) to turn into a Crimson Jellyfish (link). Its stats aren't listed, but working from the stats on the Giant Jellyfish page (and applying Vermin Shape properly), Harbug gains: "If the form you assume has any of the following abilities, you gain the listed ability: climb 30 feet, fly 30 feet (average maneuverability), swim 30 (20) feet, darkvision 60 feet, low-light vision, scent, and lunge. You don't gain full immunity to mind-affecting effects, but you do gain a +2 resistance bonus on all saving throws against such effects. ... Medium vermin: If you take the form of a Medium vermin, you gain a +2 size bonus to your Strength and a +3 natural armor bonus." and he now has 4 tentacle attacks at d20+BAB+STR for 1d4+STR damage.

"Going as fast as I can push it!" Harbug shoved the pole against the floor of the water as best as he could.
Not sure what sort of move speed we can/will get and also the water (I think?) is moving in the direction we want to go, so that may help us.
