sweet stuff!! I may have to get a case of these!
interesting selection
looking forward to all Rise' products this year!
RM
fine birthday present even if I have to buy it myself!!
Thank you for making great products. I'm glad to be part of the extended family of subscribers.
Here's to a great 2012!
How does one start this subscription with this book? It only gives me 2 options, start with Mystical Monsters or the next book.
thanks
RM
Cool thanks for the link!

As long as we stay away from princes in pink outfits that have a bondage costume and oiled bodies as their "secret persona", we're golden.
Golden might be kitchy, but not nearly as much as pink!
Hey now, he had mauve pants.................. 8)
Neat idea on the hand thou!

Nevertheless - I'll be there, ready to paint and give away some minis!
Oh - Haldir, Hi! Didn't see you there!
Who are you?? :)
Yup it's me.
Still debating this one but I really want to go epically with the special anv for Paizo next year.
RM
ouch 139 a night for the leisure rate?!?! (note didn't see the blurb about the special rate for PCon attendees, that makes it more reasonable!!)
(shocked they aren't charging for tv watching........)
I may have to re-think my PaizoCon weekend/vacation next year.
Green on the orc reminds me of GW goblin green & that's a bad thing....
Granted as posted before the lights may play a part in that. Hoping they aren't that green. Great sculpt thou.
lovin this AP! Glad I re-upped when the first came out!
RM
Love that cover, perfect example of corruption!
re-started Companion due to the Goblins guide, glad I kept it going!
I'd be up for 1 or 2. Make them small size but not extra small thou, just cause well goblins are small creatures anyways.
Paizo goblins are my favorite incarnation of the little suckers. Thanks guys!!
Looks great guys. Also great review as well, a little humor thrown in the mix, always helps.
looking forward to diving into my own Beginner box down the road sometime.
RM
How rigid are the bases? I recall some of the DDM bases were pretty flexible & didn't help some minis that were related to Plastic Man stand, ha ha.
Gobbies are lookin great, heck every preview looks great. Hoping to have enough cash to go after a case or it's buying singles or packs when they launch.
RM
thanks for the update Jeff
Will purchase one as soon I here you guys have stock. It's funny earlier this year while doing a Boneyard shop (during ReaperCon, you can go back into Reaper's stock & pick out bits or full minis & buy them per ounce or trade your old metal for the minis on a various oz per oz trade). Anyways, while looking at the Pathfinder stock I seen good ole Varian in there. I kinda had to chuckle a bit.

the exclusives have been offered on here after the Cons, about the only way I've been able to pick em up.
Hoping the unavailable tag is just temporary. Usually takes a bit after the Con has pasted before online supplies are available.
RM
While I love Pathfinder goblins, I too have so many black shirts, not to mention ALL of my ReaperCon shirts are all black (my main gaming shirts) & summers here in eastern OR, are not black shirt friendly.
Is there any chance of teaming up with a online shirt/printing company that gives you a option of shirt color & then printing the design on that?
So when will he be available for purchase?
Cool idea making the pair the last two GC exclusives.
love the new cartographer (love his artwork in Brinewall Legacy). It has a old world feel to it.
Looking forward to this one! Glad I re-upped my AP subscription, might have to try for more at some point
Is it July yet??
ha ha
So looking forward to reading this one. I think goblins were one of the reasons why Rise of the Runelords was so much fun for me to read & buy when it was coming out.
Thanks Paizo for making the little G-guys the way they are!
So looking forward to this on this Monday
Thanks Paizo for making the Free rpg day module available here for download!
Got my copy yesterday, thanks for the fast service Paizo! Now I have a novel to read on the trip to & from ReaperCon this year!
RM
Nice!
Might have to get this as I've got kids that I'd like to introduce to dad's hobbies.
Awesome gesture, Paizo!!
I hope these sell high!!
(btw love the gilded fonts on those covers, really stands out)
Looking forward to this one!!
The original monsters are now in the Bestiary books, or at least I think they are. I know the Slurk is now in Bestiary II book.
Love the story so far, as I mention in the main PofS posting, love how you portrayed Valynn in this story as the "rookie" party member.
Great set of characters (again this Pathfinder Tales book is the one I've most can relate to as far as a gamer).
Love the setting, mood for this chapter. Love reading about the undead & your story really makes them come alive (so to speak of course, ha ha).
Can't wait till for the next Chapter. Also love the artwork of the various characters. Pictured Arcil a bit different when I first seen this pic but after finishing PofS, the artwork fits the character.
RM
Finished yesterday & I must say excellent tale & I'm looking forward to further adventures from Howard in the Pathfinder world.
I think this one is probably my favorite book in the Tales line......so far. I felt like I connected with the characters more then the other books & such.
A few spoilers:
Again, thank you Howard for a enjoyable read. Thou, I now got nothing to read till Worldwound Gambit!!! ha ha
Just curious but what class or classes is Elyana? She has the abilities of a paladin (lay on hands) but I really don't see her being a paladin. A ranger maybe but not a paladin.
Howard, I love the contrast between "green" Vallyn & "veteran" Vallyn. Nice job conveying that part of the stories.

I'm excited about the prequel. Plague of Shadows is my favourite Pathfinder Tale in the series so far. Yeah, but the art in the webfiction isn't part of the community use policy yet Pretty sure he means home use. Heck I've done that with allot of fantasy artwork.
Love the pic + PofS is a great read so far. Pacing myself so I don't run out of reading material, ha ha.
Also love the interludes, really like the way they show the back-story of Elyana & the rest of the adventuring party.
love it!
Would love to see a iconic goblin down the road at one point....
Just curious but
As I posted elsewhere, so far pretty good story, I like the main character & can connect as a gamer with her.
No extra in my shipment of PofS this week, but no worries, I'm just glad I was able to start subscribing to something of Paizo's again, :).
I've gotten the last 2 both from Borders in Boise, ID & of course I've had to wait a month or more after it came out at Paizo, figured the extra cost outweighs the wait.
So far pretty good read!
Oh hell yes!
Paizo goblins are my favorite incarnation of goblins so I'll defiantly be getting this one & the Guide to book.
Thanks!
Sweet!
Vic,
Who is the sculptor, Jason Wiebe?
With only a couple chapters left in Winter Witch, looking forward to this one!!
Thanks Paizo for bringing to life the novels for Pathfinder, almost like I was back in High School reading Dragonlance novels & occasionally Forgotten Realms ones.
Again, thanks!
RM
too bad about the combined shipping, that would have made my decision to order the launch poster more appealing.
Still a neat idea (complete monsters on a poster, not extra shipping, ha ha)
I was gonna get these before I seen the pics, but now they are a must have item. Love when Andrew draws the Paizo goblin!!!
Awesome!
RM
Hell yah!!
Just browsin the Pathfinder minis & I came across this great looking mini of his Bad ass-self, WT.
Also love the fact that for the updated "Pathfinder rpg version" of the Campaign/Setting book, that the pic is a updated, different angle of the one on the 3.5 compatible book. Nice idea!!!
RM
Yup, got mine yesterday, thanks Paizo!!
Gotta admit, the figure really translates the way I feel about Varian, dainty & noble'ish.
Thanks for making this available to people that couldn't make it to GC this year.
The 2 little "dibbles" are Reaper's "Bryangles" named after one of their employees, Reaperbryan, on Reaper's forum.
The points are set at .5 & 1 inch. Now it doesn't include the base. If you were to point the bottom of the points up to the feet & then go from there, you'd get a pretty accurate measurement.
Here is a pretty good picture for estimates:
http://www.reapermini.com/forum/uploads/monthly_11_2010/post-4822-128992512 51697.jpg.
I don't have the game stats for these guys, how big are they? I was always under the impression they were mysterious human sized creatures.
Pic looks like a 40mm base + the price being about 3x a regular Reaper human sized mini & such.
Just curious
Hey Vic
says pre-order, does this mean you have it or are awaiting your shipment of it? If so, how long do you think it'll be before you have it? (Trying to judge my finances before a purchase)
thx,
gotta have Reaper Pathfinder minis!!! :)
EDIT: Eh, no worries--ordered it anyways!
I just finished I thought for sure Tatiana died during the final battle. I guess I mistook her shock as her death, but at the end, there she is. ha ha.
Just finished my copy of the book, bought it last month (16th). I must admit the opening page was great & was oooo cool, the 1st chapter really dulled my excitement for the story, but after awhile I was like I can't put this down!!
Just yesterday, while fighting a not serious but still annoying head/throat cold I must have read like 8 chapters. I can't wait till the AP that involved Ustalav! Being that Ravenloft was my favorite D&D setting, I really got behind the setting.
While I'm kinda ehh he's ok with Jeggare (not much of nobles or reading about nobles) I did like Radovan & I did like Ezra.
Overall I thought the story was a great start for Pf Tales novels, thanks Paizo for putting out a line of novels!!
I hope to make it next year, I'll have the vacation time (got 4 weeks now) but really the only problem I see is cash.
Also with ReaperCon being at the end of May, not sure if I'll be able to take time off again so soon thou.
Here is to Hoping!!
Seen this & thought I'd pass it along:
