"You do realize there's sombody probably arguing on the other side of that door, right?" Gregori asks, blade resting on the shoulder plate of his armor.

A slight grin crosses the Paladin's face as her turns, first with his head, sparing a momentary glance for the door before following Ka'kara's lead.

"This warrior, from the artwork it looks as though he may have changed sides in the end." thge Paladin says, his voice tightly controlled.

"The feeling and look of the script is like writings I've seen Asmodean priests use, but the spacing and....I don't know...flow of it feels familiar. Whatever it is it can't be good."

Gregori scratches his head.

Gregori hooks his hammer back on his belt, bending to retrieve his sword.

Reacting with surprising speed Gregori drops his sword point down, the razor sharp blade sticking into the ground as he draws a warhammer from it's place in his belt, while slamming his shield into one of the skeletons, the polished steel lion's head animating with a roar, steel teeth claming down on black bone.

Gregori glances at Roylenna with a raised eyebrow, which dissolves into a roguish grin.

"And I think you're entirely too perceptive, little lady." he replies in a whisper of his own.

"Although I'm not sure I'd use the word sweet."

Gregori also crouches beside Roylenna, scanning the arm to determine what severed it, and approximately how long ago.

"Artival, if you have any nasty magic to toss their way before we wade in, now's your chance!" the paladin thunders, a shimmering golden glow enveloping his blade as tongues of golden flame dance along it, interspersed with the cold blue rhime, steam and mist rising from the weapon.

He raises his golden shield, lion's head glaring forward at the verminous creatures before him.

Standard action, activate divine bond, summoned celestial spirit adds flaming quality to blade.

Gregori stares at Ka'kara in amazement as the swirling miasma of dark energy fades, the decimated body inly just completing its fall.

His stoic expression shifts to one of his signature grins.

"And kindof hot too..."he mutters

As the fould creature flails wildly at him Gregori summons the divine wrath and hatred of evil that he has been gifted with, his blade flashing out to strike at his attacker.

Good point, we can always roleplay downtime for a post or two, or handwaive if you want to get back to the action whichever you prefer.

I'm thinking Lion's shield and headband of Alluring Charisma +2 with the difference coming from trading in my current shield.

That's just over 10k a piece or however we choose to best equip the party
