Reeling from the savage goring from the undead mammoth, Thoriel staggers and prepares herself for the inevitable strike from the spectral rider. Closing her eyes, she braces for its cold touch, expecting she has danced her last dance.

Instead of blackness, however, her mind is filled with light and warmth, as she finds herself standing in a sun-bathed field of purple orchids that grow as high as her waist. Suddenly filled with hope and a fresh burst of strength, she opens her eyes once more to find herself weakened but somehow still alive as the cold blade slices through her.

Expending one use of Shield of the Sun Orchid boon as immediate action to add 3d6 ⇒ (2, 5, 4) = 11 hit points.

"Always a pleasure meeting a man who can focus on two things at once." Thoriel lets out a short laugh at the leering creature's wandering eyes and the banter between him and Amestra. "...and who is also so proficient in the highest form of humour...satyr! Speaking of jokes, I remember one. 'Why do satyrs like playing flutes? Because their horns don't work!'" she smiles through another short burst of laughter. "Although from my experience, most are all too keen to prove that they do!"

Thoriel sighs. "Men like these always promise so much, but in the end their performance is almost always disappointing!" The agile magus continues to dance around the nearest incubus, her blade a deadly blur of motion as she strikes at it again and again as she spins.

Flenta stares up at the hulking, three-eyed monstrosity with its four wings, ten limbs tipped with blades, long pointed horn, and shining black carapace.

Her first instincts are to turn and flee, but she looks from side to side at her friends and draws courage from them. Linxia rushes into to take on the monster head to horn, with magical assists from Radillo.

Flenta quickly charges her sword with a charge from one of her wands and sends her magical mace flying ahead of her charge. She then runs full speed under the beast and swings her blade up into its soft underbelly.

BYA. Accept BotAncients. Recharge Grappler's Mask to use Melee skill.

The creature's black blood bursts out in a spray that covers Flenta from head to bare feet, and splashes over her nearby companions. Quickly rolling out from under Ulunta to avoid getting crushed under its corpse, the little halfling jumps back to her feet and wipes her face clean to reveal a proud smile that stretches from ear to ear. "Well, that wasn't so hard after all!"

It's the last straw for Zova, who snaps. Charging forward in a feral rage, the shifter fends off the woman's defensive thrust and launches a breathtaking series of slashes, headbutts and kicks at the woman.

Armor is shredded, then flesh and bone. Panting, covered in blood, but looking a little bit more sedate, Zova sighs. "OK, now can we go back to the ship? I'm starving!"

Banish the 2 blessings to close!

I could have missed her being moved off turn, but I think Flenta should be at Shrine of Infinite Void and an Elemental Treaty should be displayed there. If I have it right, then I think that should put another card back on top of that location.

The incutilis burst forth from the water, a mass of hideous tentacles that seem a mix of squid-like appendages and the more blubbery appendages of a massive jellyfish! Its flesh pulses beneath its crimson-streaked flesh like a grotesque alien brain.

Zova isn't daunted by the monstrous creature, however. Instead, it recoils in surprise as the young shifter morphs into a squid-like creature herself. She charges at the monster, diving into the water and lashing out at it with her own tentacle-like arms.

The fight is over almost before it has begun, incredibly with Zova victorious. She emerges from the water, dripping with slime but with a wide grin on her face. "Nothing like a quick dip to get the blood racing."

Seldanna just ignores the bird's clear grab for attention.

Another vrickin' vrykolakas comes forward to attack Zova. This time the young shifter sprouts wings and a long beak filled with jagged teeth. Of all the horrific tortures committed down in this pit, nothing quite as gruesome is likely to have occurred here as the savage dismemberment that Zova inflicts on the monster.

Recharge Vrykolakas to add Survival to close check.
Dexterity 11: 1d8 + 1d8 + 6 + 1d6 ⇒ (2) + (5) + 6 + (2) = 15 Location Closed!

"I don't think we'll be seeing any more of these things!...Huh? What's that look, Flenta?" Zova shifts back to her usual form and wipes the blood and chunks of rotten flesh from her mouth with the back of her sleeve.

I've placed a copy of the 20' radius spread where Seldanna's Black Tentacles spell is cast. Should catch all of the slothspawn except dark blue.

Zova joins Flenta at the evil shrine. A hideous creature approaches her, slinking forth on bent limbs and gnarled claws. The twisted abomination resembles a starved, plague-ridden ape, with pallid skin stretched over knotted bone. Milky eyes stare blankly at the young shifter, its mouth opening wide to reveal razor-sharp fangs.

Not wanting to get close enough for hand-to-hand combat, Zova reacts quickly, sending her spear flying in an arc towards the horrifying fiend. The spears hits the beast in one of its milky eyes, piercing its head in an instant. It staggers forward for a moment then collapses face down in a spray of dark blood that splatters both Zova and Flenta.

Banish Blessing of the Green Faith and Blessing of Ketephys to close the location.
End Turn. Reset Hand to 7.

Didn't look like Shel had already been moved, so have moved her.

Seldanna steps up to Shel and offers her some more healing in case the ghostly horse should target her again with its vicious attacks.

"My half an hour will go to my familiar...if that's alright with you? It'll give me a bit of peace and quiet, if nothing else. I might even get to finish my book if he takes up the full time."

Seldanna lets Lonan out of his cage and the raven eagerly flies over to the red and blue parrot. The pair fly off together into a nearby room.

The parrot's calls echo out into the foyer. "SQWAAAARK! Who's a pretty, girl? SQWAAAARK! Who's a pretty girl?" From the excited, high-pitched CAAAAWS coming back from Lonan and the screeched compliments about the shape of her tail and the fluff of her down, it seems that she's the pretty one, at least as far as the raven's concerned.

Seldanna helps Fendel match as many wafers as they can and agrees with the plan to destroy the rest. Lonan needs to be kept securely locked in his cage, however, as the hungry raven seems intent on gobbling as many of the tasty looking wafers as he can stuff into his beak.

Flenta gets a bad feeling. Probably something to do with the ominous looking eye carved into the wall of the obelisk and then outlined with dried blood and soot. She tries to disarm its evil magic...but her tricks and basic wands are no match for the powerful and ancient curse.

The beast overpowers Zova and the sailor, ripping through her thick cloak. Luckily she manages to put just enough power into a bare-fisted swing at the beast that it shambles away, in a bit of a daze. The shifter then attempts to steer the ship away from this patch of sea and readies herself to help the others navigate the storm completely.

Thanks GM. Completely comfortable with that interpretation and yes given Covadil didn't have a full action left to attack with, if he can move 25' (he has 20' base movement) into the affected area, make his save and then continue his movement a further 5 feet to end up back outside the area that would be great.
