The strange kobold enters, glaring at the inhabitants.
"You do realize that this is a total ripoff of the other inn I know of?"
He turns and leaves, rudely.
:P

"Gah!" Karrin says in surprise, turning towards the voice, "where did you come from?!"

"Well, Agulcheryl was feeling bored, so I thought I'd take him to the nearest inn. Of course, now I see what's in it, I feel relieved."

"I have no idea."

Grasvein brandishes his staff. "Show yourself!" he says, nervously. "We won't hurt you!"

I swear, I'm not making those rolls up.

Grahsvien cannot detect any magical weapons in this room, but there is a small aura from behind the door connecting the forge to the main house.

Grasvein points to the door. "There's something magical over there...come on." He carefully goes over and opens the door.

Grasvein does the same.

"Well, there goes that plan. Well, if we won't be able to wait until morning, we might as well finish this town off tonight. It's not like we'll be able to get back into the town, after Slave tells everyone how we got in. How did Slave get away, anyway?"

So, any objections to letting out the prisoners, raiding the blacksmith, maybe attacking the mayor's house, then getting the heck out of here?

good plan lets's go with it.

Seconded.

I remember Graz intimidating him. He ran away from the town. As I recall:

Way Back When wrote:
Graz(or maybe it was Grahsvien?) gets 20 on Intimidate, and scares away Slave. Slave runs aaaalll the way home.

That was me.

"This is a bad idea," Grasvein whispers, "This is a mob. If they notice what we are, they'll attack at once. That or get authorities. Either way, we'd be discovered."

Rumblefish wrote:
This is assuming that you haven't yet stepped forward. Also, I would like to give Grahsvein and Rhythe a chance to post

Thanks, Rumblefish.

Grasvein whispers, "Let's lay low for the rest of the night. Tomorrow, we'll go to the jail and free all the prisoners. They'll cause quite a bit of panic. Then, we start murdering the town leaders. All we'll have to do is keep up causing this strife until the townsfolk and the guards are in utter disarray. They'll be completely unable to mount a decent defense against us."

Is there a prison anywhere? My plan is, we set all the prisoners free there, to spread chaos. Then, we go and start killing random villagers. Eventually, the guards will be too confused to create a reasoned defense.

How about now?

It says that I need to log in to access it.

Graene whispers to the others, "We can't kill him, someone would find the body."
He says to the guard, "Leave. I'd get out of town if I were you. Do not come back, or tell anyone, or a curse shall be brought on you so that you shall never find peace, even after you are long dead. LEAVE!" His eyes glow blue for a moment.

And just so you know I'm not making it up, here's the link.

Minotaurs are Large in 3.5, but they must be medium in 4E.

Sorry guys, you are torturing my NPC's by standing there and deciding thier fate. DM's powers begin...

Grahsvien takes the initiative and steps forward, killing one of the guards. He looks at the other. "You. Lead us to the village. Now."

The quavering human silently walks to one cart, mounts, and awaits further command.

Oops, sorry.

Grasvein glares at the human, climbing into the cart and sitting directly behind the guard.

Grasvein, like Galvan, takes no pleasure from torture, and in fact dislikes doing it needlessly. That's not to say he won't do it if he has to.

Grasvein is for sparing one of the guards and killing the rest.

Grasvein hesitates for a moment.
DM:

Spoiler:

Grasvein: Get down. I can't do diplomacy with you in control.
Agulcheryl: Bah. I will eventually get FULL control.
Grasvein: But not today.

"I'll do it." He whispers.

"None of that, now." Grasvein stands still for a moment, then puts out his hands before him. A powerful missile, similar to the other ones but much larger, seems to seep out of his hands, flowing directly at the guard on the rock.

Sorry I didn't post in time. Today's my birthday and I was a little busy. :)

Happy Birthday!

Grasbein swears a strange but obviously vile oath and sends another bolt of force streaking at the guard. This time, it is more wild, shooting off impotent sparks, rather than controlled. Thought it'd be cool if his MMs changed form depending o his mood.
Magic Missile 1d20+3+11, Damage (if applicable, probably not)2d4+3=8
EDIT: Oops, didn't realize it wasn't my turn. Well, if the guard that I'm attacking doesn't die before my turn, then no need to change it. If he does, then just do a different guard.

Graz and Boe wrote:

is Grasvein speaking aloud when he argues with the demon?

One: No.

Two: That was for the DM to read, not you. It's fine, I guess. Just don't do it again.

"Graz find gud spot to trick humons. Kart road goz under tall hill with lotz-o cover. Wizwyrm and Graz at top rain down death. Darkone and Bullman at bottom jump out and kill souvivers. Gud plan, yeh?"

Graz blurts out as he returns to camp.

"Sounds good. So I get the cart to stop, you and the kobold hit them from above, then the rest of us come out of hiding and kill all but one of the survivors. Shouldn't have any problems."

Grasvein sighs. "Fine. I can...I can do that."

DM:
Spoiler:

Grasvein: I'm going to need some of your magic.
Agulcheryl: Of course you are. 3 layers should do the trick.
Grasvein: Do you take me for a fool?
Agulcheryl: It's difficult not to.
Grasvein: I only want the first layer, as usual.
Agulcheryl: Bah. Very well.

His eyes suddenly turn blue, and he smiles maliciously. "This should be easy."

DM:

Spoiler:
I'm going to be roleplaying my arguments with the demon from now on. In case you want to read them.
Agulcheryl: ...or we could attack the place head on, killing humans by the dozens.
Grasvein: High casualty risk.
Agulcheryl: Perhaps, but you would not be one of them. You could destroy the town in minutes if you just--
Grasvein: What kind of fool do you think I am? If I drew on any more of your power, you'd be able to break free, leaving my body a corpse, and you know it. I'm not ready to draw on any more yet.
Agulcheryl: Bah. You never take any risks.
Grasvein: Not if there's an alternative.

"I say we attack one of the carts that passes by..." the dark-scaled kobold says quietly, adjusting his hat, "...take it over, and sneak into the city that way.

Here's what I got so far.
Aside from the bonus feat, I get one other right?
EDIT: Nevermind, I think I'm done. Tell me what you think, Fish.
