The Scribbler

"Well on the brightside were out of this cave. Though I didn't expect us to traipsing trhough the forest"

The Scribbler

"Don't say that. We'd be in a lot of trouble without your healing skills"

The Scribbler

Attack 1d20+5=6

The Scribbler

Dave I have a medical appointment tomorrow, and I'll probably be to out of it, would you mind DMPCing Gin if my turn comes up.

The Scribbler

"Well that's different. Any of you care to guess what those are"

The Scribbler

Gin watches as the others cross and follows slowly behind.

The Scribbler
Pavel wrote:
"I didn't kill us all by opening the door, so I suppose I'll take the lead in the passage unless there are objections."

"True it didn't kill us, but I don't that rumbling sound is an invitation for tea."

Gin shakes his head.

"If you'll be taking lead, I'll take rear. Don't want anything sneaking up on us now."

The Scribbler

Gin places his hand on his swords hilt as Pavel opens the door. "Let's hope for easy goings. All we need is poison gas or an explosive rune."

The Scribbler
Pavel wrote:

"Thanks.", grumbles Pavel, "Your confidence is very reassuring."

With one last look to confirm that everyone's ready, he pushes the door open.

Gin smiles at the guards as Pavel pushes the door "You'll have to excuse him. Him doesn't get his morning gruel he get awfully cranky"

The Scribbler

Gin smiles and nods "Till the morning then"

With that he walk off to his room.

I'm all for fast forwarding

The Scribbler

"The smith was closed, I'll have to stop by in the morning. So what's the plan for tomorrow?"

The Scribbler

SIGH

"All this way for nothing" Gin makes his way back to the inn.

The Scribbler

"Why don't you all go looking for Soll. I'm sure I can find the smithy myself. Pavel can I get a coin or two from ya before I go?" Gin takes what he needs and heads off in the direction of the smithy.

The Scribbler
Pavel wrote:
"We'd best get in touch with the local authorities to let them know we'll be looking into that dig at the center of all this."

Gin shakes his head in approval and continues on.

The Scribbler

"Well lets go see this smith and see if he has anything to replace my javelins"

The Scribbler

"One last shot" Gin arcs his arm back and lets the javlin fly

1d20+5=11, :(; Damage 1d6+3=6

Weither it hit or not

Gin sighs and begins to walk off. "Pavel you've been here a few times, no? Where's a good place that sells quality weapons?"

The Scribbler

Dave is the monster in throwing distance of my javelins? If so I'll let my final one fly

The Scribbler
DM Dave wrote:
Kelindra's swing misses as the creature rises above the reach of your weapons. Suddenly, several Crimson Legioneers round the cornr, weapons drawn. "Halt citizens," their leader shouts, "wha is going on here?"

"Oh so now the authorities appear. Woulda been more helpful a while ago." Gin glances at the beast now fleeing to the sky.

"Did I say you could go" He quickly draws a javelin and lets it fly.

The Scribbler

Unless it attacks or Pavel instructs us to attack in, Gin moves on

"It doesn't appear to have noticed us, and if it has we don't seem to be worth it's time. Perhaps we should continue on before it changes it's mind."

The Scribbler

Gin looks lazily into evening sky trying to find the source of the flapping.

The Scribbler

"Food sounds like an excellent plan. After that wwee can go where we're needed" A smile crosses his normally withdrawn face.

The Scribbler

Gin pack his gear in his room before heading out again.

"Pavel any leads you want us to check or places we need to go? I not I'm going exploring a bit. I haven't been in Mullis since I was a kid, and I'd like to see the town"

The Scribbler

"Better than nothing" he says to himself as he enter the establishment.

The Scribbler

"I say we find an inn for the night, and see about finding information about our mission. But I get an unsettling feeling the events here and ours are connected. May just be paranoid"

The Scribbler

Hey guys I may be offline for the next 24-72. Would you look after Gin till then.

The Scribbler

"They weren't snake looking were they?"

The Scribbler

"So Pavel any idea where we should go first"

The Scribbler

Gin stretched and begins packing his gear. He looks over to Kelindra and gives a smile "You look better this morning"

The Scribbler

"Poor Kelindra, I think she's tried herself out channeling magic to heal us." Gin wraps a bandage over his wound as he watches her walk away.

The Scribbler

"Bandits, bandit lords this days getting better and better. Must be pretty desperate too. Not much we have in the way of treasure."

From the corner of his eye hew notices the hobgoblin go beserk and race at Branomonrik. "No I was given an order and I'm sure the necromancer can handle himself."
