"No money and you seek the Accursed One? Times must be hard indeed, Ghindor."

She looks around the square to see if there's anyone in immediate need of trouble removal.

"I will feed you and you will repay me with your troubles." She picks up her bag and leads the way into a nearby tavern.

"Eh, wita no money and being a recenta freed slave, I figured you over all would know my worries. Don'ta worry abouta big tab- I can win any drinking betta!"

At the sight of a familiar face- even one destined for tragedy, Ghindor finds some measure of peace in his recently-tossed life.

Ghindor arrives home. He appears somewhat shorter than his 5’1” frame carries, and smells of odd fish. The burly man has ripped off his shirt, and his orange hair hangs damp with sweat and river waters. Strange inks adorn his stout chest and biceps. He carries a large silvery hammer in one hand, yet tugs a soaked sack behind him. He makes his way into the marketplace, deliberate steps suggest either pain or fatigue labor his powerful legs.

Upon seeing the flame-haired Fate, Gabra the Accursed, Ghindor exhales an audible sigh. “Funny ting, isn’ta ita, Gabra, tata after all my journeys and whata I’ve seen…I’m actually happy ta see your face!” The former fisherman drops his gear and throws open his arms in a welcoming gesture. “I’ve gotta say, Gabra, tata I’ve gota myself some problems. Ta firsta one is tat I’ve gotta no money lefta. Ta second problem is tat I’ve gotta no money righta! Hawh-hah-hah. Butta seriously, letta us eatta something, yeah?”

I can see why I would return to the fishing community- it is my hometown. In addition to our common language, I also speak Illuskan. Sadly, I am broke...I could certainly lend a strong arm and imposing visage for anyone in need of protection and mayhaps a guide to the town, too...

Just excited to get going, all. I expect that my character will die quickly, but I hope to get mileage from the BERSERKER ability before closing the books on him. Looking over things, I'd be very willing to take the front point on a lot of things, beating and punching bad things. Nine hit points and not-so-bad AAC should help me with this goal...

I think thief classes might be out, based on an erlier post about bards and thieving skills.

Fabes, are you happy for me to use Gabra? She sort of works with this setting and doom is what she expects.

Think she's nearly there, but if someone could just cast an eye over her, I'd be grateful.

I made a prnit-out, but t 1st glance, she looks well-built, based on stats! Nice job! I'll finish my character this evening...

Can we buy retainers & their gear, like torch-bearers?
