The detail on this mini is excellent!
Only complaint? The staff arm comes unattached. Normally this wouldn't be a problem, but in her case it was *very* annoying to put on, since its not a socket, but onto the nub of her arm and its easy to see the seam if your not careful (sinc eyou want to see just a bit of her upper arm). Had to examine the picture a few times before I could get it into the right position and then hold it there after a bit of filing to make it stay.
Once its on though, she is a very dramatic and powerful little figure. And a gnome! Would also make a very good halfling.
Oh, and on the back? Her hair is in a long tail/braid with a ring of skeleton keys attached to the end. Very nice touch.
Great miniature. I am quickly becoming a fan of the Warlord series.
The bow comes seperate attached to the stand; very easy to remove and its a socket so it fits FLAWLESSLY! Very easy to attach, took less than a minute and just a dab of super glue (actually it was acrylic nail glue, but same thing).
Great detail, has full quiver, bed roll on back and short sword at waist.
Great miniature and very cool armor. Has quiver, small adventuring pack, and long sword on back (well, the sword is lower, but still).
Great scupting and has a lot of attitude for a miniature! Not sure if you can really see with the photo, but be aware that, that instrument is very much like an electric guitar. I think its an awesome idea (still has a medieval quality to it) - and it makes the miniature a little more versatile if you wanted to play that up for a modern campaign.
Nice miniature, great sculpting. Only wish I could have seen her back in a picture, because I didn't realize her hair was in girlish pig-tails.
Not a big thing, just not really to my taste/image for the miniature. Nice though and had very few mold lines - only on legs.
Great miniature! The studded leather armor and sculpting detail are perfect and she came with her long sword arm seperate (falcion?) so there was no bending during shipping!
Also, attaching the arm was great. The mold is made so the arm fits right into a socket where you can place glue, not one of those annoying nubs like some miniatures. Fitted into the cloak, you don't really see the seam unless your looking and you shouldn't see it at all once painted or even just black washed.
Again, as with Elladan Swiftbrook, the flat sides of the sword had seams which was a bit annoying, however not a big problem since the sword comes seperately, so you can file the seam away before attaching.
One of my favorite miniatures, I've wanted since I saw him.
However, I do have to take back a star because the version I got had some of the worst mold lines. Also, because the arms do no remove, be ready to bend back the longsword should it be shipped to you.
What I mean by mold lines; not only did his cloak have several, but also the swords themselves have mold lines on the sides. Because the blade ends are flat on that side, they are very obvious unless you glopped them with paint. This is difficult, because filing them makes the already soft metal bendier - especially since I already bent it back from the complete circle that happened in shipping.
Also some of the interior of the cloak has a mold line, in a place that even my small metal files can't get to. One of the molds on the outer cloak actually appears to be a fold of alloy, so it is rather thick.
These are things one should expect when buying molded minaitures, so I only deduce one star and really if it were an option I would only do a half - just because the mold lines are sloppiness of the mold was rather excessive this time.
The miniature itself is very nice looking (though his cheekbones are sculpted a little..bulgy? but not too bad) and the leaf detail on his armor is very nice for an elf druid/ranger/wood elf.
Very nice miniature and I love that it comes in the P-65 version. These miniatures are not as shiny or as "smooth" feeling as the regular Reaper miniatres (Dark Haven, etc), however I also find they had fewer mold lines and are a bit sturdier.
Note, her book arm does come unattached so be prepared with a bit of super glue. However, the notch are was done very well and attaching the arm took about 1 min, since it just fit right into the socket without any filing etc.
