YAY!!!

(Pathfinder Adventure Path Charter Subscriber; Roleplaying Game, Campaign Setting, Companion, Modules, GameMastery Cards Subscriber)

Can we get an option for buying a pack?
Or should I just order 5 at once?

You mean Golarion?

Yep. Somehow that name hasn't been burnt into my brain... yet.

But I promise, I will learn it!

The "Crimson Throne" is the throne of Korvosa. The "Curse" refers to bad luck that Korvosa's rulers seem to have over the decades.
Snip

There seem to be a lot of cursed rulers in ... "Our World".

First CotKK, now CotCT...

I wonder.

(Pathfinder Adventure Path Charter Subscriber; Roleplaying Game, Campaign Setting, Companion, Modules, GameMastery Cards Subscriber)

Any chance of having those as pdf?

I some questions for Vic or anyone else.

1. Have we been charged for this module already?
2. Is there any way to have somewhere on this site telling us what you have charged us for?
3. Have you sent us an e-mail stating that you are charging us for this?

The reason why I am asking is there was a $19.08 charge to my account from Paizo. I figured that it was on the up and up, but I did not know what the charge was for. Since I will have two subscriptions from you guys, I want to make sure that I know which one it is, especially since I will also be buying other stuff from you all.

Thanks for the answers.

I'm in a similar situation as Sharoth: on 07/26 there was a charge/authorisation of $19.40 from Paizo. Somehow I can't say if it was a charge or an authorisation... though the amount seems to be charged.

Well, lets see if I get a second charge or not. Until further notice I trust the Paizo-Crew.

Wouldn't you like to have a Level 3 Chill Crook in the clan?
I apply for that position.

Sothal

(Pathfinder Adventure Path Charter Subscriber; Roleplaying Game, Campaign Setting, Companion, Modules, GameMastery Cards Subscriber)

That option is not established as of yet.

Gary is working on it to have it up until D2 und Pathfinder#1 ship mid August.

Those posts at the "Blutschwerter"-Forums totally sold me to both Pathfinder and the GameMastery Modules.
I even managed to win one of the "Dragon´s Trove"-Item Card Decks (it stands right here next to my laptop)!

So, thanks for your translations!
And a big Thanks to all the folks at Paizo for those great products!

Just a few lines later in the description:

Spoiler:
The gauntlet cannot be removed without a successful casting of remove curse, break enchantment, or a similar spell.

Shavaros Vade's place I believe. Am I right? Do I get much cookies!? :-)

True that.

But no Cookie. Would you like a "Mozartkugel" instead?

(Yeah, I had trouble with the Spoiler-Code... Damn Safari)

You will find that we will include marks on all (or at least, most) of our overland maps that we don't talk about at all in the text. Many of these we'll never, ever touch on, and are included to help spur your imagination as the GM. "Vade's Tower, eh? There must be some guy named Vade. Let's see, what did this Vade fellow do to need a tower..."

This is yet another way we're looking at the old way of doing things. Lots of places in Greyhawk started out like that. :)

Thank you, Mr. McArtor.

...
But: Yesterday afternoon I read through my newly arrived print-copy of D1 (I live in Austria) and I found what I was searching for just a few paragraphs below where I originaly searched.

Spoiler:

Sharvaros Vade: This odd hermit lives in a small shack just outside of the town proper, only a stone’s throw from the local cemetery. Most know Vade is a strange man but few are aware of his expertise at necromancy.
Vade conducts vile experiments on corpses unearthed from the graveyard in the deep gloom of night, forcing his son to assist him. Vade is bony and thin, with gray eyes and an unkempt black beard.

That description doesn't really fit to the map, but I don't have to tell that to my players.

Anyway, Thanks again, I like the Idea.

(Pathfinder Adventure Path Charter Subscriber; Roleplaying Game, Campaign Setting, Companion, Modules, GameMastery Cards Subscriber)

That may or may not fit in here, but:

I don't seem to find any information (neither in D0 nor in D1) about "Vade's Tower" (Number 13 on the Town's Map).
Has that part of my brain just vanished, or is it just a tower everybody in Falcon's Hollow calls so for no reason whatsoever?

(Pathfinder Adventure Path Charter Subscriber; Roleplaying Game, Campaign Setting, Companion, Modules, GameMastery Cards Subscriber)

There appears to be a glitch in Merlokrep's stats as he is indicated as fighter 2/sorcerer 4 but hat (3d10+6 plus 3d4+6 plus 3) hitpoints.

(Pathfinder Adventure Path Charter Subscriber; Roleplaying Game, Campaign Setting, Companion, Modules, GameMastery Cards Subscriber)

As for the wings:
I'd say, let it have hardness 20 and DR 1/- just as a light armor, and furthermore take the rules for Cover.

There I was putting that subscription into my Shopping Cart, went to the check-out and...stopped ordering!

With shipping costs at 6.4$ this module would cost me 19$!!! Damn, I know shipping is needed and Paizo is doing its best at keeping it low, but 19$ for a 32-page module is too much for me. In this case I, sadly, has to give up on the pdfs... that's sad!
Well, I think I have to move to the US in this case ;)

Why was it that the shipping costs for the Dungeon & Dragon subscription had been lower, and never felt that heavy?

Don't forget, that the pdf is still free if you subscribe.

Secondly, seeing that you already subscribed to Pathfinder, you can (or should) wait until the option to ship them together becomes available.

(Pathfinder Adventure Path Charter Subscriber; Roleplaying Game, Campaign Setting, Companion, Modules, GameMastery Cards Subscriber)

Just a guess, but I think the download will be available as soon as the module hits the stands, which should be at the 5th of July.
But that's just me spinning thoughts.

(Pathfinder Adventure Path Charter Subscriber; Roleplaying Game, Campaign Setting, Companion, Modules, GameMastery Cards Subscriber)

I think the download will be available once D1 hits the stands, which seems to be on the 5th of July.

But don't ask me where or how we get the link.

(Pathfinder Adventure Path Charter Subscriber; Roleplaying Game, Campaign Setting, Companion, Modules, GameMastery Cards Subscriber)

No problem, after a "Take 20" for my search-check it was fairly easy.

Beside http://www.d20srd.org/indexes/feats.htm, there are the Midnight feats from FantasyFlightGames which can be found here.

Other Links would be appreciated.

Join the club. It's already 6:45 PM on Monday (where I live). I guess I'll have to stay up tonight and keep reloading the Hollow's product page until a link shows up!

Yep. Well it's 5:00 pm here and I'll probably set a routine to do the same...

Well... Tuesday, short till 9:00am in Austria. Still waiting for the *.pdf to become available...

Well... didn't play much of the WotC-Settings. Eberon seemed kinda nice though.

My favorite is Midnight. (FFG)

(Pathfinder Adventure Path Charter Subscriber; Roleplaying Game, Campaign Setting, Companion, Modules, GameMastery Cards Subscriber)

Fantasy Flight Games does a lot of good things, especially the Midnight Campaign Setting and some of the supplements made it for me.

Correct me if I am wrong, but isn't D&D a game?

Where is your reality when it comes to magic?

As for the topic: as long as I mastered for our group we didn't really encounter any broken rules. Some were a pain (like grappling), some were confusing, but none did really break the balance.

Armour making characters hard to hit instead of absorbing damage. Makes no sense.
As to armor making people harder to hit, I just look at it as they are still hit if the attack roll is close to the armor class number, but the weapon just clangs off the armor or shield instead of causing damage.

... just as it is meant to be.
