Aw, crap. There was something appealing about filling the room with a storm of blades after Raizen stuns them and just having them shredded. I guess we'll have to kill them the old-fashioned way. Good thing my sword is cold iron - that'll get the faeries' attention.

Quick rule question: When I cast Blade barrier and goes for the 'circular wall' option, can I opt to fill the area inside the wall with blades? Or is it strictly just a thin wall of blades?

Initiative 13+7=20.

Placement looks good to me. As Raizen can fly and Tarlan can walk on walls, they could conceivably occupy the same spaces as other PCs.

"You can't kill six of them at once. I'll shred them - as they bounce out of the storm of blades, the heavy hitters will finish them off."

"One raven, indoors? It's gotta be someone's familiar. Kill it; I'll drop a Blade barrier on the sleepers. That'll wake them up in a hurry."

Raizen is at 250hp with 6 Vile damage remaining, Tarlan is at 272hp with 2 Vile , and Kutho is down to 180hp from the battle with 14 Vile as well.

Before we move on, I'll repair Kutho for 32 and 40 damage. I have two spells (Death ward and Spell immunity) left for spontaneous Cure critical wounds now. I'll take care of the Vile damage once we can re-memorise spells.

You got hit a few times, right? Have two Cure critical wounds - they give you back 39 and 37 hit points, repectively.

"The trap resets in half a minute or so, so let's keep moving. Once we're out of its range, I can fix you up."

"Haha! It won't last, though - the trap will re-activate soon. Now, where was the speaker?"

Looks like you weren't as badly hurt as I thought. But you'll need healing at some point anyway. ;D

Before Tarlan takes off after the fleeing faerie, Fragos leans over and gently taps him with his sword. "To tide you over", he says with a grin. "Who else is badly hurt?"

What about the guy running off eastward?

Delaying until after Kutho. I'm not really in a position to attack either baddie, so I might just heal someone.

I don't have darkvision. However, I do have a flaming sword.

Fragos moves 2 squares east and one square north. Once there, he drops a Flame strike in between the three foes in the eastern corridor.

61 points of damage, 31 of which is holy on the three faeries. Reflex save 27 for half.

Once Group 2 gets to act, Fragos will delay, letting Jahangir and Kutho go ahead of him.

Fragos mutters a command word, and his longsword bursts into flame.

"Away from the targets." Raizen points to the SW. "They're coming from that direction." He points to the SE wall.

More music! Who's on guitars? Tarlan has volunteered to handle the drums.

Raizen wipes his forehead, "I'm getting old... I need something I can rely on."

Oooops. I misread that. Instead of his posted move, Fragos stays right in his initial position.

Fragon nods to Raizen and readies his shield.

I used to play drums for a couple of crappy bands. But since they are taken, I'll take the bass instead.

Hey, that's a pretty good result for a guy in full plate with no ranks in Stealth. ;P

At Raizen's warning, Fragos yanks out his own blade. As for now, he keeps its magical fire suppressed. "Say the word, and all hell breaks loose", he mutters back.

"Aaaaand we're back." Fragos strightens up after an awkward landing. "I always hated this transition crap."

I'm essentially ready. A basic character sheet's up - I need to choose spells and write down my domain powers; I also have 23000 unspent gold.
