Can a large creature be squeezed into a 5 foot box? RSS

I'm running a campaign where one of my players used a teleport spell to put an ogre into a 5 foot cage. My worry is that if I continue to allow a large creature to be stuffed into a 5 foot box, much of the encounters I have are nerfed as the creatures are only allowed a will save (Baleful transposition).
Average Party Level RSS

I understand the calculation of average party level. But it seems to me that most monsters are designed around a group of 4 players. With the new rules the encounters I have created are easily handled by my players. Am I missing something?

I'm considering using the sum of the character levels divided by 4 as the APL.

Dragon Issue #355 RSS

The iDragon article was really cool, although I had trouble with tracks called "Main Title". I'm running the Savage Tide AP and was wondering which album that referred to.
