Right - I just started to look at the update for this, and the Advanced Class Guide Swashbuckler is way different than the archetype that I built. I am going to withdraw my application. Carry on, and good luck to all.

Filios circles to the flank of the beast as he waives his Curveblade to and fro.

Filios will stay on the quarry's tail, following Lacaw.

Filios steps back 5' as well, and he fires an arrow at the thiing.

I know all of that, GM Nebten, but I could not see the entirety of the map from work. Our icons were off the grid. So, I did not know who was in front of me, or the actual distance. Thanks for clarifying.

He his large and well-muscled for an elf with the hilt of a finely crafted Curveblade sticking out above his shoulder in its back sheath.

Filios is pretty decent in melee, and can certainly support Ulflafa on the front lines with flanking.

Are you actually suggesting that I took 20 pts of damage, plus 3 fire, plus 21 cold damage for a total of 44 points of damage on one AoO?

@GM Lithrac: Your post indicated that he tells us where the enemy is located...is that not true? I was assuming that I could flank, just with the requisite miss chance. If I am wrong, then so be it, but let's not try to act like this is common knowledge with your normal cavalier attitude, ok? It is beginning to wear thin on me.
