Appearance:
Dressed precisely and professionally.
Red robes with black trim. Carries a black leather satchel.
Wears spectacles that distract from the slowburning glow of his eyes.
Coal black hair with mustache and barbe.
Hair gleens with a slight hint of burning embers.
Slight protrusions just below the hairline carry the impact of his devilish heritage.
His skin also has a reddish tinge that is unlike the reddish earth tones found in other gnomes.
Very businesslike disposition, but sports a hint of a smile.
Occasional licks of flame cavort in his clothing without singeing them.
A slight whiff of sulphur surrounds his presence.
Backstory:
Born and raised to a Chelish Gnome family of barristers of modest means, Fextor was indoctrinated in the Chelish rule of law. He (and his family) unlike the standard gnomes found elsewhere in Golarion is a strong proponent for law and order (even obsessively so at times). Using his skills, Fextor followed in the family business and became a barrister as well. The blood of a Hellish ancestor presented itself strongly in Fextor and he found that he had other benefits that others in his family lacked. Over time he developed these abilities while working in the Chelish courts. Although, Fextor was a fervent proponent of the law, privately, he disliked the evil abuses of law that were prevalent in Cheliax. On a few rare occasions, Fextor even found loopholes in the law and some prisoners were liberated as a result. The law was the law and he upheld the letter of it, if the law was poorly written and someone downtrodden benefited by it, well then that wasn't his problem. After a few years in the courts, Fextor was promoted to the Chelish Diplomatic Corps and sent to Absalom as junior legal counsel for a Chelish delegation. Once there he was requested to join the Pathfinder Society and work with other compatriots in the PFS likewise aligned to his homeland.
