My honor as a Qadiran partisan compells me to add Lawrence of Arabia to this list of venerable "moving image" tales. Truly it is worthy of Shazathared!

Wonderful!

I would like to ask what the people of Golarion resolve to do in the new year, following a similar thread established for Earthlings on the Paizo messageboard and blog.

I, Fatima of the Desert, resolve to explore the deserts of Katapesh and bring tales of their people home to Katheer.

What do my fellow Golarion Pathfinders (and others) resolve to do?

Rahadoumis aren't atheist. With clerics all over the world actively showing the literal power of their faith, there is no way you could deny the existence of the gods. What the people of Rahadoum do is just refuse to worship the gods.

edit: Paul's idea is good too.

We all realize that the background article says her father is atheist right?

Hmm...You're right, there. But I think this is a case where the writer's intention doesn't quite translate from the Modern Osiriani concept of "god denial" which means "refusing to worship the gods", instead of the English, Terran meaning of "denying gods exist," which everyone on Golarion knows is patently ridiculous!

I finished The Murder of the Maharajah by H.R.F. Keating. Now I have the urge to create a Jalmeray campaign!

Hey, nice to see you writing more material for Paizo, Brian! Although Qadira is a pathetic backwater nation when compared to our majestic, glorious empire, I have to buy this just to laugh at their expense! ;)

You confabulating, double-talking devil's sputum! We'll cut out your forked tongues to skewer on our kebabs!

1993!...The year I turned 10. Easy to remember.

Silks! Spices! Carpets hand-loomed from angel hair that will fly upon your every command! Strange herbs grown in volcanic soil from the lower planes! Do they not entice you with their musky aroma? Breathe deeply; they induce strange visions!
