I vote stick together, with the cleric in the middle of the formation!
Farasha checks her Healer's Kit, making sure all is in readiness.
"I stand ready to heal any who are wounded in the battle against these vermin" She says grimly
Apologies for delay in posting, busy time
Farasha give Hadrod a blessing as he gives them the camels
"May the Dawnflower, a thousand blessings upon her, shine down her blessings upon your noble brow friend Hadrod!"
DM Mothman wrote:
Let me know if you take a spare weapon, or wish to make further preparations before you head off. Everyone ready to move on?
Farasha will, two if she can so she can give Nasir's back
Farasha prays to Sarenae and gets some sleep. She sleeps heavy and doesn't wake until morning
If anyone is still shy points I can cure minor in the morning
Farasha's eyes gleam with the thought of the abandoned structure
"Surely it is a righteous thing to cleanse these theiving vermin out before they harm others. The Dawnflower, may She shine brightly for a million-million years, will bless our mission."
DM Mothman wrote:
“Well,” he says, looking over his shoulder. “Are you coming? I think we now have proof that my theory on the fire was true.”
Farasha frowns, not trusting their erstwhile guide. She follows him nonetheless.
Sefu wrote: Sorry I let this one slip over the last little bit, been hectic
After calming the goat Sefu approaches Farasha untying his sword belt. "Here Priestess , it would be my honor to lend you my blade." He says holding his scimitar out to her "I do not need it that much and am sure you could put it to good use" He says with a small bow of his head
I think Nasir already gave me one, but thanks!
DM Mothman wrote:
I’ll assume that Mus’ad is the beneficiary of Farasha’s healing spell unless someone tells me otherwise.
Meh. I already rolled it, so lets stick with it for now ..
Farasha looks about for an easier path back through the spiny cacti
Mus'ad Nadeem wrote: Mus'ad nods in agreement.
"It would appear that tales of their ill-fortune were not exaggerated. In the slightest." The half-elf agrees, looking at the remnant of the shattered blade and touching the hilt of his precious Jambiyah.
"If you wouldn't mind most noble representative of the dawnflower, any blessings you could share would be most appreciated." He smiles gratefully, indicating his wounds.
Farasha nods and places hands on Mus'ad
"In the name of the Dawnflower, the Most Holy and Compassionate Queen of the Sky, I heal thy wounds."
CLW: 1d8+5=7
Farasha looks about
"Would anyone have a spare weapon?"
Farasha picks up the pieces of her shattered scimitar.
"By the love of Dawnflower what cursed luck!" She swears
Turning to the party she inspects them
"Who among you is in need of healing?"

Sorry or the long reply delay, somehow my brain didn't process the four roll request
Farasha grimaces as the spines prick her, then atttempts to keep moving forward.
DM Mothman wrote:
The sound may, in fact, be made by a young goat ... although the timbre of the cry suggests the creature is in pain.
Farasha speaks quietly again
"Did that cry sound like something in pain to you all?"
Nasir al' Shahaadi wrote:
"Indeed it would appear to be so. About the creatures, I only know that it was a priest of your deity that solved the problem. I was actually hoping you wold have more of an idea how."
"Which problem?"

Farasha hangs back from Sefu and Dashki and murmurs softly to the others
"Dashki seems to forget his limp when it suits him .."
DM Mothman wrote:
Everyone except Sefu, who is busy looking for tracks on the ground, may make a spot check if they wish.

BOOYAH!
Farasha's keen eyes rake the landscape
Nasir al' Shahaadi wrote:
If this is the case, then I believe we are at least equipped to handle them"
Nasir looks the the priestess expectantly.
Farasha frowns.
"Are these animals somehow undead in nature? This is the first time I have ever heard of 'Pugwampis'. If you have some idea how I can help eradicate these vermin please illuminate me."
DM Mothman wrote: ...
“Go tonight and follow the tracks you found. Take Dashki with you; he can track, and it seems that he is our resident expert on pugwampis as well as gnolls. Find out what made the tracks, and bring my back definite proof – if there is any to be had – of these creatures. From there we will decide what to do.”
Farasha bows
"As your Highness commands."
Once outside the tent Farasha looks at her companions.
"So now we find Dashki. What do you think of him?"
Farasha frowns
"There are indications that a pack of foul beasts, called 'pugwampis' caused the fire your Highness. Our tracker Sefu discovered their tracks nearby."
Sense Motive: 1d20+3=10
Farasha watches the gnoll hunter as he explains the Pugwumpis
"Truly this land is filled with unclean beasts. "
Farasha scans Dashki as he speaks
Sense Motive: 1d20+3=16
Dashki wrote: Dashki looks at Al, Mu’sad and any others there. “What of you? Why have you joined this expedition?” Farasha looks at the unwashed gnoll hunter, her dark eyes glittering with holy fervor.
"I come to bring the light of the Dawnflower to the wilds and spread the blessings of civilization to this gnoll-afflicted land"
Diplomacy: 1d20=4
Farasha comes off as a priggish holier-than-thou zealot
LOL
Bashad wrote: " Him again ? I'll stay here to protect the wagon . Go see what the others are doing "
Farasha begins to comply, then halts as the others arrive.
"Do you know this cane-using man, Bashad?"
DM Mothman wrote: Farasha al-Katapeshi wrote:
Perception: 1d20+7=25
Farasha, nothing out of the ordinary around the body. However, looking around, you catch a glimpse through the open wagon door of someone in dark clothing, standing in the shadows next to the Sultan’s Claw, leaning on a cane and watching you and Bashad investigate the wagon.
As you turn your head in his direction, the man quickly turns and hobbles away out of your line of sight.
Farasha's dark eyes narrow
"Interesting .."
She turns to Bashad
"Did you see the man with a cane watching us?"
DM Mothman wrote: Bashad wrote: Once at the wagon
" Farasha, can you check if the man was killed or rendered unconscious before the fire?
Heal: 17+7 = 24
Farasha examines the blackened body, which appears to have belonged to a young human man of middling build and general good health. Little remains now but crisped, blackened skin clinging to the skeleton.
A thorough examination shows no signs of any wounds beyond the extensive fire damage, and the position of the body suggests that the man fell, perhaps overcome by heat or smoke, rather than being twisted in pain or curled up defensively.
Oops, read a little further in. Sorry, can you use that Perception roll to look about for anything out of the ordinary around the body?
Farasha tells Bashad her findings
"I think he died of smoke inhalation or heat damage Bashad. I can find no wounds on him from a weapon."
Farasha looks about, searching for anything out of the ordinary
Bashad wrote: Once at the wagon
" Farasha, can you check if the man was killed or rendered unconscious before the fire?
Does it look like the place was ransacked before the fire ?
Perception 9
"Certainly Bashad"

Apologies for my absences ...RL is kicking my behind ATM. Please forgive me, I will endeavor to keep up
DM Mothman wrote:
“This one should yet live, little sister,” replies Whitebeard, indicating the groaning man he is tending, “and I do not believe that any others have been injured.” He looks up at the burning wagon and shakes his head. “I do not think that anyone still inside will have survived that.”
Farasha nods
"Very well. Dawnflower hear my plea! Heal this unfortunate with the sunshine of your love!"
Firing off second CLW
DM Mothman wrote:
Will you use the second spell on her also?
I ask the elder's opinion
Farasha turns to the elder
"Noble one. Should I expend my second healing on her or does anyone else need assistance?"
Farasha heads towards the injured parties to see what can be done for them.
I will cast CLW if needed (I can do 2 a day)
1d8+5=6, 1d8+5=10
OK, I think I have covered all the errata. Farasha is up!
DM Mothman wrote: Before we travel further, are there any last questions you have of me?” Farasha turns to Garavel
"Noble Garavel. What can you tell us of our new patron and our mission?"
Farasha greets the dawn with a prayer every morning of the travel, unrolling a small prayer mat and facing the rising sun.
"Come pray! The Dawnflower arises!
Come pray! Prayer is better than sleep!
Come pray! Pray to the defender of the weak, the healer of the sick!
Come pray! Pray to the Lady of Light!"
Farasha is a priestess from the south of Katapesh. A dark-skinned black-eyed woman, she would be attractive it if wasn't for her piercing stare and the gleam of fanatacism in her eyes. She seems to be dedicated to just one thing: The Dawnflower. If there are any co-worshippers she leads them in prayer. If there are others, she attempts to convert them. She wears a heavy aba and carries a scimitar.
Basics are up, just have to get supplies and sundries.
Hey Moth. I'm lagging on getting things tight, had some RL issues, but I have tomorrow off (from my job that is). Hopefully have my desert diva dervish done soon ..
Just a name for now, but Inshah Sarenrae I will get some more settled in.
