Farasha means butterfly in Arabic. How the hell did we come up with 'Butterfly?' Do they like butter? I like the Spanish Mariposa too. The French Papillion isn't bad either. Butterfly is just lame.

Oh, I am sorry Nasir/Mark! I forgot you were wounded. Moth if you would allow a retcon I'll heal her:
Possible CLW1d8 + 5 ⇒ (7) + 5 = 12
Farasha nods to Bashad
"I believe you have the right of it. Let us try your suggestion."
Farasha prays to her goddess. A scintillating sunshine seems to pour from her aba-wrapped form
popping the channel energy. Since it isn't technically a healing spell, I have left out my Augment Healing bonus.
1d6 ⇒ 1
The warm energy flashes out from Farasha like a desert scirocco, wrapping Nasir in a warm, healing embrace.
DM Mothman wrote: You could make a double move to the very edge of the balcony close to Nasir, and be within thirty feet to channel energy next round – say move to F4 (more than 30 feet from your current position).
Otherwise, you could fall or jump 10 feet down to the floor below, land in I4 (single move). A DC 15 Jump check would allow you to avoid damage and land on your feet (otherwise you take 1d6 damage and land prone). You could then channel energy as your standard action.
That 1d6 damage is just too much to risk. Gonna have to do the double move
Farasha rushes to the balcony, heavy aba swishing. She swings her winged icon before her calling upon her goddess
"Flower of the Dawn, Chastizer of the Unholy, Scimitar of Justice, bless me with your grace!"
Nasir is still on ground floor, right? Can I reach her by jumping safely or do I have to climb down? Or can I pop a channel energy? That has a 30' radius..
Farasha tries to slice again
1d20 + 4 ⇒ (13) + 4 = 17
1d6 + 2 ⇒ (6) + 2 = 8
1d20 + 4 ⇒ (14) + 4 = 18
1d6 + 2 ⇒ (1) + 2 = 3
Farasha grits her teeth and attempts to slice the offending creatures
"Die you sons of hairless pariah dogs!"
1d20 + 4 ⇒ (2) + 4 = 6
1d6 + 2 ⇒ (6) + 2 = 8
1d20 + 4 ⇒ (16) + 4 = 20
1d6 + 2 ⇒ (2) + 2 = 4
Her luck remains sour
Farasha swipes at the nearest pugwampi with her scimitar
1d20 + 4 ⇒ (2) + 4 = 6
1d6 + 2 ⇒ (4) + 2 = 6
1d20 + 4 ⇒ (1) + 4 = 5
1d6 + 2 ⇒ (2) + 2 = 4
Her aim is off
DM Mothman wrote: Not having any weapons that will allow her to attack the puwampis up above from here on the floor, Farasha heads towards and climbs up the ladder. LOL, I was just thinking that!
Climb: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (18) + 2 = 20
Farasha advances on the nearest Pugwampi
Is there one on the ground or are they all above?
Mus'ad Nadeem wrote:
ACK! I just realized, I'm down to 2 HP! one hit and i'm a half-elf on toast! ;P
I'll help
Farasha runs over and attempts to heal Mus'ad
CLW:1d8 + 3 ⇒ (8) + 3 = 11
Farasha readies her scimitar
E8 sounds good, no range weapon, so I'll hold my action in case the pugs come closer
Init 20 for Farasha. She will adjust her eyes to the gloom
Perception:1d20 + 7 ⇒ (19) + 7 = 26
Farasha tries to scan the ruined temple
Farasha follows the others, scimitar at the ready
Perception:1d20 + 7 ⇒ (11) + 7 = 18
Stealth1d20 + 2 ⇒ (15) + 2 = 17

DM Mothman wrote: As the echoes of Bashad’s shout dies away, no one hears anything from beyond the stone door.
In due course, the door is opened, and Sefu slinks through, Mu’sad covering the opening with his crossbow.
The door opens into the eastern wall of an irregularly shaped chamber, with a wide opening in the opposite western wall (that appears to lead back to the long entry colonnade) and a tall, now glassless window in the north wall. This debris-laden chamber appears to have once held a shrine and wooden altar, but all of that was smashed decades ago by vandals. The ceiling here has remained intact over the years, helping to preserve a huge bas-relief statue of a muscular humanoid man with a pointy beard standing beside a group of robed pilgrims that stretches around the walls of the shrine. The being holds up his hands, palms out, in a sign of peace. Though many of the faces and limbs on the bas-relief have been worn down or cut away, the expressions of the pilgrims range from beatific to horrified.
A crude stone stele that seems to have been erected more recently than the abandonment of the monastery stands here as well. Its graven inscription reads: “A ghost of unholy mien was purged from this place by Theodephus Estrovan, servant of Aroden, 4691 ar.”
The chamber is well lit by sunlight from the north and west, and there does not appear to be anything dangerous in evidence.
Farasha ponders the carvings, trying to see if she remembers anything from her history lessons:
K(hist): 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (1) + 2 = 3
YIKES!
Obviously that subject was covered on one of the days she claimed 'woman's troubles' and went to the souk to shop
In the name of the Dawnflower, the Compassionate and Most Merciful I smite thee!
HAPPY ANNOUNCEMENT! WE HAVE A DICE FUNCTION EMBEDDED IN THE BBCODE NOW!!

YAY!
Farasha's eyes narrow as Bashad claims suzreinity over the ruins
"Yes, alert the whole complex to our presence." She mutters, fingering her scimitar.
Farasha frowns
"We can keep this place in mind as a refuge, but for now we need to forge on"
Farasha will remain vigilant, positioning herself to allow access to the group should they need assistance
Aiming for the middle of the pack
Farasha cleans her scimitar
"It seems there will be much to battle in this ruin."
Farasha brandishes her scimitar and awaits her flying foes
"Come here spawn of Lamashtu! Feel the cleansing bite of Dawnflower's Thorn!"
LL28, she will hold action until either someone is wounded or a foe attacks her area.
I'm at 8
Farasha readies her scimitar
Farasha wrinkles her nose at the noisome stench and mutters to herself softly:
"Unclean animals. Defiling a holy place with their filth. Dawnflower burn them in the flame of purity .."
Farasha maintains a spot near the center, so as to expedite either healing or fighting as the case may be
Farasha frowns at the display of vandalism
"Such waste. The vile spawn of Lamashtu are truly a curse upon this land."
Homerolled K(local): 1d20+2=12
I can't believe I forgot to get some ranks in K(religion) D'OH!
Farasha examines the image
"That mountain looks like the nearby Pale mountain."
Farasha follows the others, keeping her scimitar at the ready
Farasha takes in the ruined library
"What a shame, all these ruined tomes. Such destruction is abhorrent to the Dawnflower."
I vote the closed door
Farasha nods
"Onwards then my friends, let us cleanse this holy place of its verminous infestation, Dawnflower Willing.."
DM Mothman wrote: Farasha, the statue is dirty, covered with years worth of grime and some stray bits of dried baboon faeces. Also, one of its hands has been broken off. It could probably be cleaned up with a few man-hours’ work. Farasha gives the statue a quick brush off, and then offers prayers to the broken statue
"If we reclaim this sanctum, noble Sun, I shall restore your icon to its former glory."
DM Mothman wrote: The statue of Sarenrae looks down at the remains of the battle impassively.
While the others track down the pesky pugwampis, Farasha will inspect the statue, aiming to clean it if it has been defiled in any way
"Noble Scion of the Sun, shed your warming light upon we who fight your enemies."
Farasha wipes her scimitar clean of the baboon's blood
"Did anyone sustain any wounds from those foul apes?"
Farasha attempts a blow on the remaining apes. She whirls her scimitar and yells out:
"O Unconquered Sun, most merciful, guide my strike true!"
1d20+4=13, 1d6+2=8
Farasha takes a moment to bandage the nasty cut she received from the debris-laden floor.
Heal check
1d20+7=25
Thta should preserve my speed
DM Mothman wrote: Those of you moving into the room to engage the pugwampis in melee (seems like Sefu and Farasha at this stage), please make Reflex saves (roll twice and take the lowest) as you traverse the jagged bits of broken pottery and glass on the floor.
DC 12 Reflex save, if you fail take 1d3 points of damage, either from treading on something sharp or rolling your ankle on the uneven ground.
1d20+2=5, 1d20+2=7 OWW
Farasha's foot sends her a stabbing pain
Dam: 1d3=2
Hmm...was going to hold for healing, but mayhap we can squash these bugs quick ..what do y'all think?
I vote stick together, with the cleric in the middle of the formation!
