About Faldor O'Gistoresh

History:

From a young age Faldor was engrossed by the telling of heroes of old. The epic battles against demons and dragons with only a sword or spear as defense against the terrible powers that be. So when the local lord came looking for fresh men for his militia the gnome was quick to run and join. The following time was terrible for the poor gnome made fun of for his inability to even carry the smallest amount of equipment let alone swing his sword he was removed from training. But his quick wit and strong mind kept him within the training grounds. Watching all the training that the militia went through Faldor secretly trained himself with a dagger to fight with speed instead of brute strength. During the long nights he entertained the instructors with tales that he had learned and found that not only was he decent at it but he could have the teachers hang on his every word.
Finally when Faldor believed he had learned all he could from watching he challenged the head student to a duel. But instead of bringing the dagger he had trained with for so long he had upgraded a rapier since that is what the daring heroes who were fast used in the stories. At first the battle looked to go the way of the large militiamen but Faldor had trained himself well and with his newly found acrobatic skills the battle only lasted a few moments and Faldor had won but not without evil looks from the rest of the newly trained militia.
It was this point that Faldor came to be known as "Brown Soles" because he fled on his feet and only stops now for a bit of entertainment and funding. His current hole that he resides in is Falcon's Hollow. Now spending his second month here he has found that the entertainment that he brings the lumberjacks and the dreary town is just what they needed. But Faldor is ever ready to be on the move and travels light for that is all that he can carry.

Though weak of frame he is tall (for a gnome). He is always well manicured and quick with a smile. He keeps a short beard that matches his cropped hair. Usually seen either wearing his cavalier hat on his head or thrown back around his neck hanging from its chord. Though he only has a few sets of clothes you would be hard pressed to tell notice since they always look different.
