About Fairsplindle Shiningstar
We are sending you to Osirion. We need replacements there. Venture Captain Drangle Dreng's voice left little room for negotiation. New pyramids have been unearthed by those damn storms they have been having. New chances to chronicle unexplored ancient ruins. We must be first. Dreng is ready to continue but I interrupt him anyway. But sir, I am not a tomb raider. I know a little about history and, yes, quite a lot about Osirion religions, but this is not my forte. And besides I live in Absalom now. This is my home and I have been in the field enough this year. I have my work with the sisters and... As if Dreng had anticipated my protest he removes a missive from a stack of related papers he holds as part of the briefing materials. Its a letter from my church. From the high ups. Might as well have been the Lady Sarenrae herself that condoned this mission. Looks like I was going to Osirion. I will trust the Lady and go. I am sure there will be those that need her light there.
Fairsplindle Shiningstar, Shine to her friends, has been a member of the Pathfinder Society in good standing for most of her adventuring life. And why not. She likes the adventuring life. Her church workes well with the society and it let her travel and spread the Lady's light where ever she goes. And her faction is rising within the Society and gaining stature. Shine sees this as a good thing and this increases her desire to stay with the Pathfinders. She is entitled to wear a wayfinder like all her brothers and sisters of the society, but her's was a shining wayfinder and marked her as a sister of the Silver Crusade, a faction dedicated to helping those less fortunate in all the world.
When not adventuring she spends time doing her deity's work. This includes healing the sick in Absalom and working in the orphanage operated by the Silver Crusade.
Fairsplindle Shiningstar is a fire red haired Lava gnome. Her cheeks are ruddy but it is a good look for her and she turns heads in any company. In battle she wears heavy plate armor emblazoned with the symbol of Sarenrae and carries a shield consecrated to here deity. She is quick to make friends but as quick to anger and prefers to fight with fire over her small weapons.
