I have been looking at picking up either Pathfinder or D&D for past few weeks; however, I'm coming to this style of game for the first time. I have decided, and ordered the Pathfinder System: the Beginner box, the Core Rule Book, and the Bestiary.
From what I have read, Pathfinder is a "smoothed" over version of D&D3.5. While there are adventures and campaigns galore for Pathfinder proper, could adventure and campaign books from the D&D3.5 series be used as well? Perhaps it's a little more involved than it seems though?
