I think a party fund makes sense in the long run, just not sure how much sense it makes now since we are not really a party yet...Elrivor wants to see you guys in action to make sure you are not fodder like the other Drow who just died.

Maybe once we battle a few times it would make more sense to him, just want to make sure everyone is thinking like drow and not a party of normal adventurers, otherwise why play the evil bastards? :]

If you don't have a haversack go ahead and take it to use even if you don't plan to keep it.
We can figure out treasure after we get some we didn't loot from each other... :]
Stuff you take now will count against your share, there is no way a group a Drow are just goiing to be easy going about treasure lol

Elrivor keeps an eye on them to make sure a fight doesn't start. He then falls in line with the others before he speaks, I spoke with the others about this so I will mention it to the rest of you who just joined us.
We must work as a team. The Worvirl is about more than the individual. If we find you disruptive to the group or you can't work with the others we will kill you.
The other matter we should discuss is strategy in combat. We all fight like separate entities, we must learn to fight together.
My suggestion is when we next fight something that is NOT Elven, we layer it with darkness and make it come to us. That way we can get defensive and offensive spells going.
Does anyone disagree?

Elf bones won't be too unusual in an Elven ruin, we ca just put them under some refuge.
Let's be off, he was our scout, anyone else up for the task? Someone with better eyes would be nice.

It matters little who he was, he failed in his mission and he ended up dead for it, as we all will if we fail. Let's take his gear, bury him and move on to our objective.

It's using a spell like ability that draws AOO's from everyone unless it uses it defensively right? Not that we will probably drop it as it flees but we might stop it from fleeing...was hoping for one last shot at it :]

Elbennon is slightly ahead of us and in stealth mode so he probably wouldn't notice your sign, although it helps the rest of us.
Sign back, If it sees us stop and retreat it will probably attack, we act now!

Wait for confirmation, but my immediate action hopefully before it can act is to cast Mirror Image.

That's pretty much in line with what I stated in my response to the others, it was more for a "oh and I saw a Chimera here earlier." and "over there was the Rune Giant going to the bathroom, stay away from that ditch!" or in case we happened to be in an area that was the lair of one of the creatures.
Anyways we should just proceed once Elbennon figures out his Ability damage.

We have rested at least 1 day, you should gain some of your ability damage back.
Maybe you could find out if they have any potions of lesser restore they can sell you out of the armory if you are still down in a significant manner?

Sorry that I wasn't very clear. If we follow the rough route that I flew and I came to an area where I saw one of the monsters or groups of monsters, I could possibly warn the group as we travel towards the building with the spirit in it.

Not really, I was focused on trying to find the building. Also I am not sure they were really staying in one place like an obvious lair. We should proceed as quiet as we can wit our best scout in the lead...that would not be me.

If we get to a area I recognize if you can just let us know and I will share the information with the group.

I couldn't find the building for some reason, it might be magically hidden. I did see patrols of elves and some monsters though.

Any details on the monsters? Unless they were using stealth I believe the perception DC for standing in the open is a DC 5 for 50' distance which I can tap with a +7 perception skill. Thanks.

Be careful batrider, we are tasked with helping to take this city, not just patrol it.
I will use what powers I have at my disposal, you just worry about your patrols and keep the stinking Elves from sneaking up on us!

Do the batriders have som ability to see invisible or is it just the bats sensed something? Or am I unsure at this point?
What information did I learn about the location?
Did I see any creatures landmarks of note on the way there, at the location or on the way back?

I think the idea for me to fly around the area invisible and scpoe it out and get a good layout of the building.

I will be back in a few minutes with a report.
He casts invisibility after changing to appear like a normal Elf, then casts Fly and heads over to that building. He will do a fly over and around at a height of about 50' for about a minute before heading back to the party.

I know little about ghosts. Rumors are that they are hard to control without a powerful necromancer and are impacted little by magic. I believe we will end up fighting whatever is in there, but if that is where you wish to start I have no objections.

I am basically looking for things like city sizes, names of the mayor and/or other things that are common knowledge. Saying we are travellers will make it reasonable that we don't know a lot about any one area.

You were also trying to find out detail about what they know about this city as well correct?

We will go around and talk to some of the other Drow, especially any that have patrolled the surrounding areas.

The reason why I suggested we ambush a patrol so we can learn about the elves on the surface. I know little about them. We have to find out where some of the places where elves live and so on.
If we go up to them and immediately say something wrong we will have tipped our hand to quickly.
Anyways, I say we start with our own and the map, then we scout the surrounding territory.

Let's talk to some of the other Drow and see if any of them have any kind of map or can draw us one. If they know of anything in those sections we can draw in it.
Once we decide on a section of the city I can go invisible and fly around to see what is in that section.
Maybe we can ambush a patrol of Elves to gain more information.

Updated spell selection. Added fly and an open 2nd level slot depending on what I see.
