As he turns a bend in the road, he finally sees it: the small town of Sandpoint. After years of travelling, the devious rogue has reached the last leg of journeying. Eldon cannot feel anything but sadness as he remembers the time he spent in search of a new home.
It looks like a decent town He thinks, and sets off with a new spring in his step.
As he reaches the empty gate, the small hafling stares up at the sign and smirks. He then unhooks the mirror and brings it down to head height, and the laugh is caught in his throat.
Man, have I changed! He notices for the first time in a while as he stares at the rugged face that is barley recognizable from the young, clean face of the boy who left home five years ago.
Replacing the mirror, the rogue notices the lack of guards, but quickly dismisses the fact from his mind as he enters the town. It is as perfect as the farmer described. Not too crowded, but still a nice community.
Eldon strides forward looking for the first thing to do of his new life.
