"Neat" is the first thing that comes to mind when he comes into view. Hardly "tall" as many see it, he looks as if he has a somewhat diluted Chelaxian heritage, his hair a dark brown instead of the common black. His eyes are also a dark brown, and his face easily betrays his age, his features settling out of adolescence into manhood. his frame is wide, strengthened by the weight of the armor he wears, no doubt, as well as some martial training that it is obvious he carries himself with. While his looks are nothing compared to his companion, it is his eyes that distinguish him; bright with intelligence, but weighed upon by knowledge.

Edan grew up a Churchmouse, having parents who worked closely with the church. His mother was a faithful parishioner since the day he was born, and his father was a tradesman who helped expand the church and could always be counted on, should a request come. So it was no surprise when he felt his calling with the church. Dark of hair and eye, he is somewhat of a contrast when he is keeping Godelina company, having realized that someone as driven as she is would need a companion by her side. He may harbor a faint hope for something to develop between them, but practicality keeps his feet on the ground, resolute in his decision that she not have to stand alone in her journeys.
