Erik, also please don't forget about the Orc Brute in next week's "Heroes". I'm glad to see more people are accepting orcs as heroes :)

Yup! And in my homebrewed campaign, my players saved off a large group of goblins from slavers and they now reside in a small part ot their hometown!

Griffon

Thanks for your suggestions guys! Will take a look at those books and no feat for guild members too ;)!

Griffon

Hello folks!

I'm looking into creating a few guilds for my next campaign and I couldn't find anything on these boards so, i'm looking for help in case I messed up!

OK, i'm looking into cost of membership and benefits of belonging to a guild.

P.S: I saw a few products by E.N. but, there weren’t any reviews or comments for any of them, has anyone read anything on them?

Griffon

Yeah! I was right! This map looks very good and i will get it!

Nice to know about the staff option, thanks Perram!

Hopefully you'll see lots of things. We're just getting started here!

WOOHOO! Thanks Vic! Always fast on the answers!

If i remember correctly, i read something a long long time ago concerning the same problem, only with the D&D mini line, that you could unbend them using hot water...

Put them under under hot water for a few moments and then hold them onto the desired pose until it cooled down and it should stay straight.

Hope it helps!

That's what I said.

Yeah! When will it be back in stock?

There's no reason you couldn't use these for PF.

Indeed! Effects are pretty much the same, only the game mechanics changes between the editions.

Griffon

Darn! Wanted to give these a try!

While I'd rather have more forest map than tundra, I agree that another "blank" map is useless to me. I need quick encounter areas. I already have dozens of dry-erase maps with nothing on them.

(And see the Treasure Chest for a great use of the Flip Maps...Awesome!)

Well the tundra bit was just making a point, I just would much prefer a flip mat have map content on both sides. Related content on both sides is obviously better.

A clearing in the forest with a hill in the middle would be great :)

+1 on that! A hill would be nice.

I'm also +1 on the both sides issue, i want another map that ties in with the theme, not a grass side!

PCs & NPCs get character sheets. What do monsters get?

Monsters get nothing. :(

Character sheets allow me to SEE what I'm figuring out / working on. Monster Creation needs something counterpart to the Character Sheet. Something that allows me to work out monster creation easier and hopefully better than what I'm using now. I'd love to see a Creation Sheet (or a Stat Block Sheet) just for Monsters make it's way into the PF Bestiary II. Heck, I'd even go for a free PDF, like the Character Sheet is.

I'd like a monster sheet too! I did copy a stat block from a monster on a word sheet and removed the numbers, skills and all and when i start creating another monster for an encounter; i copy the blank stat sheet i did and fill it out. It's a bit of a pain but the best i could do.

I would go for something more usefull because i sometimes have to add stuff on my sheet like "spells" and i have to check on another monster to see how it is put in...

Are we going to see a Loot 4 Less Wondrous items?

Griffon

Thanks! I had completely forgotten about that map, and there is indeed a scale with numbers on it! This will be useful for the rest of the series.
Thanks again!

Griffon

Alright, quick question here: what's the distance between the two? I haven't been able to find out. The scales on the big map in the Map Folio is blank...

Thanks in advance!

Griffon

This seems interesting!

Griffon

Good question!
I would guess: Beach on 1 side and Pirate Outpost on the other... It is afterall a Pirate Beach flip-mat ;)

Griffon

This looks promising!

It looks like this is going to be the next AP i will be DMing :) Can't wait to know more.

Griffon

Wow! Thanks Vic for the update. Really like this one!

That means a few less dollars in my wallet ;)

Griffon

Just preordered mine! The preview convinced me within minutes :)

Woot!!

Griffon

I'm intrigued! Can't wait to see the entire map.

Will there be an alternate outpost on the flip? Hopefully!

The Lord of the Rings soundtracks are very good for many moods. Dual of the Fates from Star Wars is indeed an excellent battle music!

Also look for:
Conan(already suggested).
Peter Gabriel soundtrack for The Last Temptation of Christ (Passion) has a good exotic feel.
Van Helsing's soundtrack (only good part of that awful movie lol).
Sleepy Hollow's soundtrack.

There are also many video game soundtracks out there that are great (i'm looking at you Jade Empire!) for all sort of moods and some anime soundtracks as well(Princess Mononoke, Spirited Away).

Good hunting!

Wow. Hmmmm.

I'd be very interested to hear what people would be looking for in a minis subscription. The more comments on that the better, as far as I'm concerned, because to tell you the truth we haven't really even considered it.

But it does seem a bit obvious, now that someone has brought it up.

Hmmmmm.

I don't think i would go for a subscription myself, i already have a ton of minis at home, however; i would go for some iconics monsters/npc's of my ongoing AP, like i did for the paper goblins for ROTRL (cool product btw).

I have always loved Reaper, because the minis they produce are of great quality and can't wait to see what they do for Pathfinder (hope Werner Clocke does alot!) Damn it, i'm sure i am going to buy some more... already have to much!

Griffon

Thanks for the ideas! I'm prepping my game for my next turn as DM of our group and i was planning on finishing the AP at a higher level overall so, ideas on helping that are always good :)

I haven't read Burnt Offerings yet so, if i have something to add later on, i will.
