I emailed customer service a week ago and haven't heard back, so thought I'd try in here.
On 9/6 I subscribed to the AP line, starting with #121 (i.e. Ruins of Azlant #1). I received a confirmation email labelled Order #3903018.
On 9/12, I received a shipping confirmation email, labelled Order #4487138. This indicated the appropriate charge for #121. I got access to the PDF for #121 and received the physical copy a few days later.
On 9/28, I received the confirmation email labelled Order #4515216 for AP#123. I have since gotten the shipping email for that same order # and got the PDF and received the physical book in the mail.
So, it looks like there was a glitch in the subscription starting up, where #122 was simply skipped over entirely.
Lovely Paizo customer service representatives, could someone jiggle something behind the scenes to kick loose my PDF and shipment of #122?
