Yea me too. I just copy/pasted then deleted bits so I too am unsure about the legality of putting it in here.
Maybe a nice member of paizo will give us a bit of guidance on this matter?
Ps, what does "Paizo" mean anyway?

Err?
I never found it or seen it to begin with lol
Dont s'pose you could post the link here could you?

Is the goblin song mp3 available elsewhere? I tried to cut and paste that address with no luck... A link would be greatly appreciated

Link amended,

one has screams of people one has no screams. Can't recall which was which lol

playerhandouts
I cant seem to find these, I had downloaded the lot for burnt offerings ( And even some speeches for Swallowtail Festival that a forum member had posted!!!) but alas I can no longer locate them in the forums (in archives with a no decriptive thread title no doubt :-( .
Charactersheets

Is it worth creating an "Extra rersource" thread for each chapter so they are easy to find? We can hijack this one and make it a thread for chapter 1 resources.

Hi, I read in these thread that handouts and maps without tags would be made aviable for download in the future but I cant find any.

Actually it is there. you just need to alter your link. If you notice you have a space at the end inbetween .../RiseoftheR unelords.

Here it is again :

What time is the chat room open? Well, I know its "Always" open, but when is it busiest?
DW

thanks guys but I'm a tad confused?!
Gr4ys address just seems to lead to the pathfinder/riseof therunelords Adventure path message board.
Watchers leads to a thread about them but Do I post my email addy to get them posted to me?
Thanks for clarifying the matter for me,
DW

What does Varisia need?
A good postal service!
Think about it! All those adventurers out there who come home to play their fantasy game (Accountants and taxmen I believe its called) to find the Orcs attacked the postman and now they havent got their latest copy detailing that fantasy world called Earth...
:-P

Goblin assault maps?!?!?!?
Please enlighten me...

Yikes!! Guess I'll have to blag it with my players for now then rofl,
15?!?!?!? How many pathfinders are there to be? Is it an open ended thing then?

EDIT:
Just realised, each pathfinder is actually 6 booklets isnt it? So 15 isnt as much as I thought hehehe

Nice! I like this angle. This is your own opinion I assume and not what Paizo has decided. It's refreshing o see that it's not the usual "evil beast keeps every one away" kinda idea.
If it's not Paizo's official reason for the city to be abandonded then I may just use it anyway.

I read about the town of sandpoint first, then the game itself followed by the monstersection and I kinda read/ glanced/ skimmed over the thassilonian section.

simple! 2lbs of plasticine squished up into a vaugly ball shaped mound and stick some bellybutton hair on it's head and viola! A more atractive version of mammy Graul.

This is going off topic a tad, but can any one think of rhyms/ poems or stories for the Sandpoint Devil? You know like the little rhym the kids have for Das Kurvat (sp) when playing hopscotch.

I'm using Gnoll Claw Fighter (Night Below) as Sinspawn, since they look realy alike, only the gnoll is brown. I also wanted to avoid the "It's undead!" player's reaction when they see a ghoul on the table.

Here's my list of minis to use in Burnt Offerings

Djoc ! You are a God amongst men! This'll save me a heap of time getting my player with the most minis to sort out the entire batch for the campaign, thanks buddy

Eyesofdissaray! Please alter your post if possible to delete the list of creatures in the game. Its a spoiler renember lol

Wow remarkable! I'd never have noticed if you had'nt made this post.
Means I'll have to change my game a tad when I get to play this game in January, as I had the Goblins mostly striking in the northern section of the town.

Spoiler:
I'm sure I read somewhere that its only a force of 30 or so Goblins that attack the town as the real reason is for a diversion to get the remains of the last priest of the temple?

Medesha?! That name seems familiar from a Dnd forum I was playing on lately.... :-)

BINGO!!!
Good point. I forgot about that. Thanks for the good advice.
DW

Hmm? Problem I see with that is it can be misconscrued (sp) as a ranking issue and just different diet, ie the more powerfull Goblins have the better armour whilst the poorer ones use bark armour.
Maybe physical differences would be more suitable? The 7 tooth tribe literally have 7 teeth each and the Birdcrusher tribe use bird feet necklaces and adornments.

How will the players know that the five tribes have united to attack the town?
I have thought of giving each tribe there own tattoos/ markings;

Birdcruncher; tattoo of a small bird (Sparrow?) being crushed underfoot.

Thistletop; Decapitated head with a crown of Thorns/

7 Tooth tribe; 7 scraggy teeth in an open mouth

LickToad; a red and yellow toad with a tongue on its back

Mosswood: 3 Trees sprouting from the same root.

Are these suitable do you think? Or does any one have a better idea?

Kudos to you poetic peeps!
These poems are going to make great Goblin bard songs for my game. Will just have to decide which 3 will be the best. Dont want to use them all or my game will just devolve into some twisted christmas carol singing evening rofl

Wow! Amazingly popular maps. May I add my name to the ever increasing list of requestors?
dualwolf@hotmail.co.uk

Is there not a website somewhere that you can just post them and letevery one Download them themselves? It would save you a lot of hassle adding the email addresses (I'm sure you already addressed this somewhere 7 I missed the post. My apologies if this is the case. DW)

Yea, I'm pretty confused about this thread. The idea is not to take over the town but to gain the corpse of the cleric and cause a little Goblin mayhem with it.

Sheesh.

I can't believe you'd give a spoiler like that away in a thread like this. Next you'll be telling everyone the deceased priest is really a sleeping arch-lich in service to the Rune Lord of Sloth.

Oops sorry,I thought this was a DM thread, but I guess asny one can sneak a read lol, once again I apologise.

Oh dear God!!! I have a child I would happily sacrifice for a free pdf update of the directors cut.

Besides, surely if you have to pay as a subscriber with a credit card it shows your over 18 anyway (Either that or you have an understanding parent lol)

How odd?!
Pathfinder 1 was recieved within a week of getting the email saying it was enroute.
That was in August. Now in September I have recieved nothing, not even a notification that they are about to debit my account?!
When is issue 2 due to be sent out?

Err? Whats with the pdf link of the first game? I've downloaded the players hand book, but the actual issue one (burnt offerings) is just a link to the main page advertising all of pathfinder modules?

Am I doing something stupid?
A couple people have reported seeing this, but we haven't reproduced it yet. It seems to solve itself, though. Try again?

Ahh, Allowed popups,

then clicked on the 1."persoalize this page" link.
It said it wasnt working or something so try again (try again was in a link like line)
clicked on try again and it refreshed the page.
Now
2. "Download this file" has a (25. MB) next to it and has gone from solid green to an underlined link. Am now downloading.
THanks.
DW
Ps, I definately think theres a problem somewhere though, still at least theres a work around.

I just lost so much sleep reading the PDF.

But it was sooooooooo worth it. Hats off to Paizo for this wonderful new world they are creating. :)

Wha??????

You have yours now?

COOL!! hope mine follows shortly, just checked emails and my download section, nothing in there yet!
This makes me feel like a child again when waiting for Christmas lol

Yea I saw that in the thread for Pathfinder 6, but couldnt get a decent internet connection to cancell my query. Thanks for posting it though.

Pathfinder 1 through to 6 takes the characters from level 1-20 right?
Will number 7 be restarting at 1 again?

Right now the plan is:

A week or so before we're going to start shipping, we'll send you an email ....

A few days before we start shipping, we'll authorize a charge against your credit card....

Then we start shipping. ... When your volume ships, we charge your card. If the charge succeeds, we ship your package, add the PDF to your My Downloads page and send you an email telling you this. So you'll get to download and read the PDF before you even get your printed copy delivered.

Ignore my last post. It's at least a week away :-(

well, except for the query on the name of a group of Goblins lol.

C'mooooooon!!
It's already the 2nd of August and nothings happened! [JK]
I was hoping to be killing my players with a gaggle of Goblins
(Gaggle? Is that what a number of Goblins is called or is it a crowd? lol)
Any hoo, my point is this;
When will the email to be notified of payement due come? Any idea? Even a guesstimate at the point in August (Start middle or end of August?)

Wrath;
first one gives me the impression of a charging bull
second of an "avenging angel"

Pride looks like some-one celebrating (holding up a trophy of somesort?)

The envy one looks like some-one furrowing their eyebrows to me (kind of like a look of dissaproval or dissapointment?)

Greed as already mentioned is a grasping hand.

Gluttony looks to me like a fat man pulling food to himself.

Lust; well at first glance I thouth it was actually a female!! The top right pointed bit was breasts and the rest is showing her curvacious figure. But on retrospect I would DEFINATLY agree with the male body (mabye its designed to look like both genders at once???)

Sloth; the easiest, yes it's definatley a person lying down to me.
DW

Hehe, good point!
Thanks again.

website wrote:
After each volume ships, subscribers will be able to download a PDF of that volume—a $13.99 value—for FREE!

Am I assuming correctly that this will be emailed to us? If so I assume we'll recieve this much earlier than the actual book.

Shame really that it couldn't start in July, that way we could have two series of adventures per year instead of it lapsing over to January. Silly I know but it's just a little tidyness fixation I have..

...The promotional code is part of the standard checkout process....

I thought that was the case, thanks for confirming it for me though.

DW

I'm in the UK.
From what I gather, if you live in the U.S.A delivery is $4. For those outside U.S it's $5, no other options. I dont see any where that says it's different if you live in Canada, Europe, Outer Mongolia. It's still the set $5 per book (per month)

Michael Brisbois wrote:

What about Canadian delivery?

It's available worldwide. Seeing as how Canada still isn't part of the US, shipping is $5 per issue.

OOOh I'm excited! This sounds cool. I have sighned up for the monthly thingumyjig but at the end it asked me for a promotional code?
Do I need a promotional code for the free book (Players handbook I think it was ?) Or will that get dispatched automatically?
