Problem with leveling monsters

Hello, I am having a problem adding HD or Develeing a Monster so that I can use it as a younger version or a beefer version. Is there a program that anyone has developed that is useful for this purpose and is specificaly designed for Pathfinder. I am willing to pay if it is good. I looked at RPGXplorer and it seems development on it has ceased and it isnt pathfinder friendly yet. Anything else out there?
