Ironically, Paizo probably wouldn't exist if they weren't allowed to use those two words for the past few years. They should give the other little guys a break and keep Pathfinder Chronicles and let go of Adventure Path.

Little guys??? Who are you talking about, I wouldn't consider WoC little guys.

Osirion (Pathfinder Adventure Path Charter Subscriber; Roleplaying Game Subscriber)

I am guessing that the 4th Edition will be nice enough to convert to and if you plan to before the third adventure path great but if it is after thats fine, I can wait.

I just think that unless WoC totally hamstrings you with the licenses converting would be the best option but and if it take until after Second Darkness I will still be here.

Love the blog it is my homepage on my browser at work. Keep up the good work. If I could move my kids away from my parents I would put my Java skills to the test but they like the ranch. Every girl wants a pony and they have one so I'm staying here.

Have you ever seen the old viking swords? Those would classify as long swords but are huge and heavy. The weight doesn't classify the sword, it if it can be held with one or two hands and not every longsword is going to weigh about 4 pounds.

Osirion (Male EMT2/Father & Husband 9)

I was going to allow some of the other players that started the game come back if they wanted to but right now I am all full. I will put you on a waiting list though.

Osirion (Pathfinder Adventure Path Charter Subscriber; Roleplaying Game Subscriber)

Figured as much thanks.

Osirion (Pathfinder Adventure Path Charter Subscriber; Roleplaying Game Subscriber)

I have not received the guidelines yet so we can worry together but I am not going to get to concerned until about 4:00 today if I don't get them.

It's okay to show your proposal to other people, just not in a public way (i.e., don't put it up on your LJ or on messageboards or something) That's technically publishing it and violates the terms of the open call (and your contract, if you get that far).

Cool Thanks.

Osirion (Pathfinder Adventure Path Charter Subscriber; Roleplaying Game Subscriber)

My family is pretty excited about this and I was wondering how much I should be sharing with people? My wife is my proof reader so she will have to read it but that is about the only person I would need to read my stuff but there are several people wanting to read the proposal.

Just wondering since technically I think my proposal is Piazo property now.

Osirion (Male EMT2/Father & Husband 9)

Thanks, I am hoping no one will find out until May but we will see.

Osirion (Male EMT2/Father & Husband 9)

Thanks Utak.

Definitely puts the presser on to make this game a fun as possible hope you are having fun.

Osirion (Male EMT2/Father & Husband 9)

Which leaves lots of development room for monsters...

Yeah but how close can you get to an existing IP monster before you are 'plagiarizing', I guess is the best word. I had several ideas for monsters but then I start looking and there is one in MMIII that is pretty close to my idea.

The wait to check my email this morning was worth it. I made it to the next round.

Osirion (Pathfinder Adventure Path Charter Subscriber; Roleplaying Game Subscriber)

I get to wait twelve more hours since my email is only accessible at work. Damn it!!! I think I might be driving the 10 miles at 9:00 just to check my email.

Osirion (Pathfinder Adventure Path Charter Subscriber; Roleplaying Game Subscriber)

Looks like I will be signing up for more subscriptions and budgeting another couple of bucks a month.

Scouts can find the traps of a DC of over 20 but they have to spend the cross class points to disable them. I think it is intended so the scouts don't get tore up by traps since they are in the lead but most scouts would just go around or make sure they don't trip the trap.

My Daughter wants to be Kim Possible so my wife and I are thinking about dressing as Dr. Draken and Shego and see how many people out on the town know whe we are.

Osirion (Pathfinder Adventure Path Charter Subscriber; Roleplaying Game Subscriber)

My wife and I saw it for a second time last Friday and it is was still awesome the second time. I think it is one the best movies I have seen in a couple of years , if you are thinking about watching it do and tells others too. Every time I tell my friends that I went to see it they have never even heard of the movie so I don't think they advertised very well.

All parents have on couple 'bad' encounter, when I was about three I was in one of those seats on the back of a bike and my mother left in it for a second to talk to someone and it tipped over. My entire forehead was a nasty purple bruise for over a week and the yellowish bruise lasted a month.
Flash 23 years later.
My now 4 year old daughter learned to walk when she was 10 months old. In my garage I have some old mattresses on the floor for my climbing wall, well she loved standing on them and jumping and landing on her butt. After about the three bounce she flew forward and landed on the cement floor with her chin. Her two front teeth almost bite completely through her lip so we rushed to the emergency room and about half way there she decided that is wasn't that bad and quit crying. We get there and as we are waiting for the doctor she is running around the ER with blood dribbling out of her mouth laughing and playing Peek-a-boo with the nurses.

This was only one of several injuries she has sustained so don't feel bad wait until you get their first bike and see them crash going about 15 miles an hour, thats scary but they just get back up scrap the dirt out of their cuts and keep going.

I think that if you keep it consistent across the players you could do anything you want, you would just have to up the encounter CR. In my homebrew I just let the players pick one to the skill bonus feats like acrobatic and stealthy. The only requirement is that it makes sense with their background.

Osirion (Pathfinder Adventure Path Charter Subscriber; Roleplaying Game Subscriber)

Yeah they definitely have the look of the 2e books.

Osirion (Male EMT2/Father & Husband 9)

I am also having fun even if it looks like my frequency has dropped some but that is mostly because I started my own game and that takes a lot of my time. But it is setup and running so I should be posting more often but yes I really like it so far.

Osirion (Male EMT2/Father & Husband 9)

Except I didn't think Warforged dream, unless you can do this on others dreams?

Osirion (Pathfinder Adventure Path Charter Subscriber; Roleplaying Game Subscriber)

I agree James it looks great and thanks for all the work you guys are putting in... all 70 to 90 hours.

Osirion (Pathfinder Adventure Path Charter Subscriber; Roleplaying Game Subscriber)

Are you order numbers incremental? I see you are almost to the 800,000 so are you going to do anything special for your one millionth order?

Osirion (Pathfinder Adventure Path Charter Subscriber; Roleplaying Game Subscriber)

Thanks, I can see how everyone got behind, lots to do and don't want to get burned out.... if you can in this line of business.

Osirion (Pathfinder Adventure Path Charter Subscriber; Roleplaying Game Subscriber)

I looked at My Subscriptions and it is telling me Pathfinder #2 will ship in October. I thought it was shipping in September, am I missing something?

Osirion (Male EMT2/Father & Husband 9)

Ruuz is leveled up, just took Legendary Artisan, maxed my UDM, spell craft and added a rank to concentration, and my two know. just took the 3 hp's.

Osirion (Male EMT2/Father & Husband 9)

No problem, stay safe over there.

Osirion (Pathfinder Adventure Path Charter Subscriber; Roleplaying Game Subscriber)

Were all friends right?? hint, hint.

I think your work would be the most important factor there are a lot of English graduates that could not think up anything at all interesting. The only thing a good writing degree would do for you would prove that the editors won't have to proof read some much.

Just my experience with interviewing people for jobs there are a lot of people out there that have some impressive education resumes but when it comes to the actual work they are lost.

Just my two cents but if you want to write for these companies I would just try to submit as much as you can and let your work speak for you and not blow a bunch of money on a degree that might help.

Osirion (Pathfinder Adventure Path Charter Subscriber; Roleplaying Game Subscriber)

I don't have the confirmation anymore so I will just reorder it when I get paid again. Thanks for looking.

Osirion (Pathfinder Adventure Path Charter Subscriber; Roleplaying Game Subscriber)

I ordered the Critical Hit deck, the Pathfinder goblin shirt and the Yes they are natural shirt (which was on back order) and the order has disappeared, any ideas?

If you do find it I would like to change the Yes they are natural to the Baby Doll version in a medium and everything else stays the same.
Thanks.

Osirion (Male EMT2/Father & Husband 9)

I am ready to go, I don't know if Labor Day weekend is a good time to start though I can wait until Monday night to start but it's up to you.
