(Male Dwarf Ranger/7 XP- 35674)

"Trolls? Ogres? I be fer killin' de bastards. I'll be takin' e'ery giantkin life I can be takin', they best hope dey dinnae be hurtin' de damn or I'll be puttin' de hook and arrow ta dem. Mabbe even be givin' Ol' Crag a kick or three at dem! Right Crag!"

what XP progression are we using....ie when do we level?

(Male Dwarf Ranger/7 XP- 35674)

Where should I be XP-wise? I was just told to level up to my current, and don't know where I stand with XP.

(Male Dwarf Ranger/7 XP- 35674)

DM and Hudak....

Spoiler:
Dravite, overhearing Hudak and the priest's conversation due to not letting the Shoanti out of his sight after the impromptu burial, walks up to his stalwart companion, "I'm fer helpin' ye git the church fixed oop, ye' big galloooot. I'll be tossin' in me own fair share ta help ye an' de padre here ta git the church right. 'Ere's somefin now ta be holdin' de church over..."
Dravite hands the priest a small sack with 200 platinum pieces in it.
"Hopefully ye can see ta da needs o' de town wit' some of it too, ta be helpin' any what needs some help. I'll be back wit' more when I can Father."

(Male Dwarf Ranger/7 XP- 35674)

Reflex 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (19) + 12 = 31
Wisdom 1d6 ⇒ 3
Cornfused 1d100 ⇒ 45

Cool. 1 wisdom, no confused.
Dravite fires off another volley of arrows.
1d20 + 10 ⇒ (10) + 10 = 20

2d8 + 20 ⇒ (3, 2) + 20 = 25

1d20 + 5 ⇒ (17) + 5 = 22

1d8 + 10 ⇒ (2) + 10 = 12

Ac 20 on the first (25 damage), AC 22 on the second (12 damage).

(Male Dwarf Ranger/7 XP- 35674)

Sorry.
Dravite fires a volley at the Creature.
First shot, two arrows-1d20 + 10 ⇒ (11) + 10 = 21

2d8 + 20 ⇒ (1, 1) + 20 = 22
Second shot-1d20 + 5 ⇒ (20) + 5 = 25

1d8 + 10 ⇒ (7) + 10 = 17
so first shot is 21ac for 22 damage, 2nd is 25ac for 17 damage.
2nd shot crit confirmation-1d20 + 5 ⇒ (2) + 5 = 7

2d8 + 20 ⇒ (5, 8) + 20 = 33
So ac-7 probably isn't gonna do it for the confirmation...

(Male Dwarf Ranger/7 XP- 35674)

Last map?

Dravite pumps his short legs harder, trying desperately to keep his barrel-like body above his magic-enhanced feet, and upon seeing Vethran floating in mid-air with nothing but space between himself and the Tentacled Monstrosity, decides to help occupy some of said space to give Vethran a blocker in case the beast turns it's attention to him.
Run-on sentence much?....Dravite double moves to AC15 and prepares to pepper the beastie with pointy, fly-y, death.

(Male Dwarf Ranger/7 XP- 35674)

AN12 is cool with me, forgot the longstrider....

(Male Dwarf Ranger/7 XP- 35674)

Dravite double moves to AR14, trying to wend his way through the buildings to get an eye on the action...
"I be cummin' ye durned Shoanti bo-foon! Don't ye be killin' nuttin' wi-out me ta be helpin'!"

(Male Dwarf Ranger/7 XP- 35674)

1d20 + 11 ⇒ (7) + 11 = 18 Perception.

(Male Dwarf Ranger/7 XP- 35674)

By da Blasted God's Teats! Ye dinnae be needin' ta be matin' wit da serpent, Illes....dis is way too wrong fer me.
Dravite steps back to AW19 and unleashes a volley of arrows at the serpent.
Big game hunter and deadly aim only.
1d20 + 10 ⇒ (14) + 10 = 24

1d8 + 10 ⇒ (4) + 10 = 14
1d20 + 5 ⇒ (20) + 5 = 25

1d8 + 10 ⇒ (7) + 10 = 17
1d20 + 5 ⇒ (8) + 5 = 13 second shot crit confirmation.

So first shot is AC 24, 14 damage. Second shot is AC 25 (nat 20), 17 damage, probably not confirming.

(Male Dwarf Ranger/7 XP- 35674)

Illes is up and then Dravite, right?

(Male Dwarf Ranger/7 XP- 35674)

Dravite moves to AV18 and chants a spell(longstrider).

"Speed me footfalls ta be quick like a hare."

(Male Dwarf Ranger/7 XP- 35674)

AV14
initiative= 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (6) + 3 = 9

(Male Dwarf Ranger/7 XP- 35674)

Hudak wrote:

Hudak comes a running; making sure to grab as much rope as is available.

Righ' behind ya, bro! Save da kiddos!

(Male Dwarf Ranger/7 XP- 35674)

I am currently sitting on a Healing Belt that I have no use for. Anyone want it? If not I will probably donate it to the local clergyman in return for a promise to use it for good and to help any rangers in the area that may have need of it.

I be goin' doon ta da tavern ta try ta stimilate de local economy. Anyone else fer gettin' plumb snookered? Come on Hudak! I'll be drinkin' ye under da table, ye durned child-gut!
Dravite will go on a small binge for a couple days, paying twice what drinks are worth and tipping like an idiot. Then he will cruise the town looking for nice toys and play things for sale to buy at increased rates and immediately give the toy/thing to the nearest youth that he sees, tucking a couple silver pieces into each to be found later. I figure that about 300gp should cover all that and help the locals out a bit....Good deed of the week and all...

(Male Dwarf Ranger/7 XP- 35674)

Ah, Crag yer arse be as boney as e'er!

I have an extra Healing Belt if someone wants it. I am now wearing Hudak's old strength belt so I don't need it.

(Male Dwarf Ranger/7 XP- 35674)

Ach! Tis good ta be seein' ye all again. Looks like ye be be findin' a wee lil' replacement fer ol' Dravite eh? If'n me friends be liken' ye then I 'ave no problem addin' ya to da list o' allies. Oof. Still a bit achy. I better be healin' oop a bit more!
1d8 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5

1d8 + 1 ⇒ (7) + 1 = 8 2 charges from my CLW wand.

(Male Dwarf Ranger/7 XP- 35674)

Ach, Alwyn! Tis good ta be seein' ye! I can be usin' sum healin'.

Dravite moves closer to Alwyn and fires off a shot at the last ogre.
1d20 + 11 ⇒ (6) + 11 = 17

1d8 + 16 ⇒ (2) + 16 = 18, 2d6 ⇒ (1, 2) = 3.
AC17, damage 21.

1d8 + 16 ⇒ (8) + 16 = 24 + 2d6 ⇒ (6, 2) = 8 Second shot AC15, 32 damage.

(Male Dwarf Ranger/7 XP- 35674)

Dravite 5' steps to AA8 and fires his bow at the ogre adjacent to him, heedless of the creature's ability to take advantage of the situation and strike back. I pull an AoO from the ogre next to me as I fire my bow point blank at him.
Manyshot, favored enemy, bane, deadly aim....
First Shot(2 arrows)=1d20 + 10 ⇒ (6) + 10 = 16

2d8 + 32 ⇒ (8, 7) + 32 = 47

Dravite will slowly make his way, via stealth, over to the cookhouse and the ogre bumbling around in there. The idea is to move close enough to the dude to see if taking him out would raise an alarm and to possibly find a better hiding spot to snipe giants from. If Dravite gets noticed he will try to fire off a volley at the dude before it gets away or has time to raise the alarm.

Spoiler:
Dravite looks into the courtyard to try to determine if there is some way he can sneak in and get to the main keep without raising an alarm. He thinks he is pretty stealthy and is thinking that the party is probably in the main structure. Is there anything he could use to create a distraction? Perhaps some horses to free that can run around and distract the idiotic giants while he sneaks into a position near the keep?
