Part of me wonders if moving this to January 2024 is to say this will be Tales of the Valiant compatible instead of 5th edition compatible xD but sad this is delayed but can't wait for this to come out!

Hi there! I just wanted to post this here, and I guess in conversions as well, but this is my conversion guide for Rise of the Runelords to D&D 5e! And I hope you all enjoy and can use this in your own home games! For those of you who play D&D 5e. Oh yeah this is completely free! Even though it's on a patreon, it's completely free!

I'll be buying this solely to show that there's a market for it, even though I don't see myself running this particular AP (although I've been wrong before).

I've also converted and ran Rise of the Runelords and I'm converting and running Curse of the Crimson Throne right now in 5e! It can be done.

You don't happen to have those available online, do you? Like as a Google Doc?

I am also very interested if there is a google doc or sometjimg for this and would love to see!

Theres conversions to 2e on Pfnexus for example; Crimson throne, although you still need to buy the ap to run it. Was thinking of picking it up but Im guessing its most of the skill checks, unique creatures, and magic items as you mentioned.

That is awesome that they do that for PF 2e, but I'm asking for converting something and making a guide for D&D 5e. But seriously that is awesome they have that for Adventure Paths from 1e on the PFNexus. Gives 2e players and GMs the chance to experience the old Adventure paths xD and i have yet to play or run Crimson Throne. I got lucky finding a hardback copy recently and i wanna run it for 5e xD

Hi there! So i have a question regarding converting stuff to D&D 5e! Specifically Adventure Paths. Now what I want to do is make an unnoficial conversion guide for Rise of the Runelords to D&D 5e.

Now this guide will only have converted stat blocks, converted Skill Checks/ DC's, converted Magic items, and converted traps/dangers. It won't have any pictures, maps, any story elements/spoilers of any kind, or NPC stories or backgrounds/motivations from the Adventure Path. You would still need the actual Adventure path in tandem with this 5e conversion guide.

Now can something like this be published and put for sale on Drivethrurpg, or can something like this only be made for free?

All right thank you for the response and now I understand a bit more!

Hi there I have a couple questions for the staff that I hope you can answer. You see I've loved the stuff in Pathfinder and have several products but I mostly play D&D 5e with my friends and have converted creatures over for use in D&D 5e. I have made a few conversions and posted them on websites such as tumblr and reddit to see how people like them and for others to use in their games as well. I have been using the images of the creatures in the Bestiarys and have been making sure to give credit to whoever originally created the image. I have also made sure to quote which bestiary for any lore the books contain about the creatures.

My question is if I were to open a patreon and use these same images and quotes with the stat conversions I create would there be legal issues or would I need permission from Paizo to use these images? And I have also put Pathfinder in a positive light since you all make such awesome stuff and have so much content to use.

Wasn't sure which thread to post this under so sorry if you've seen this five times.

Not really created but edited the Core Rulebook character sheet so that it now has the consolidated skills system and the wounds threshold for those who want to use the wounds threshold system.

I wanted to see what you all think of it and put it available to those who wish to use this system from Pathfinder Unchained.

I'm not sure how to upload the files since they are PDFs and share them but for those interested I can email it and if you can provide a link to share so others can use this character sheet it would be appreciated!
