Donna Ravensong is the youngest of 5 children. Her father is a merchant and her mother is a teacher. She learned at an early age that she could do magic with her voice. Her father had her trained as a bard, hoping to make use of her talents. However, Donna rebelled when she was 16 and decided to go her own way. Having wandered for a while in search of adventure, she has ended up in Brindenford. Looking at her dwindling cash and her worn out clothing, she is looking for a way to earn extra money without doing much too much hard work.
However, her father IS looking for her. He wants to see that she is safe and if possible have her brought back home. If not, then he wants her to be his liaison to the places that Donna is traveling. Unfortunately, some of her father's enemies are also looking for her to use as a tool against her father.
The REAL reason why Donna left her home is...
One of her Uncles raped her and she was too ashamed to tell anyone plus she did not want to shame her father or her family. Thus it was easier to cause a fight between her and her father and leave her troubles behind her.
