Appearance:
Domitius is a tall, powerfully built half-orc. At first glance, he could almost be mistaken for a human; his physique is proprotioned very much like a human's, the skin isn't much darker than some humans', and he doesn't have a prominently protruding set of fangs like some orcs do. His black hair is cut very short, and he is clean-shaven. Domitius has a large array of mystic symbols tattooed across his arms, shoulders, and upper back, a legacy of the aborted magical training from his childhood. The family that owns him tends to dress him in simple clothing of dark hues.

Backstory:
Dukkan was born into the Cinder Heart tribe of orcs in Belkzen. Although he was a vukhrov (“dual-blood”), as a boy he quickly established himself as tough as any of his full-blooded kin, and was given a grudging measure of respect. The tribe’s shaman saw potential in the boy, and started teaching Dukkan methods he would later use to harness the power inside him.

But at the age of seven, Dukkan’s tribe was decimated by intertribal warfare. The victorious tribe in this struggle, the Night Fangs, captured Dukkan alive along with several of the other youngsters. Dukkan was sold into the slave markets of Urgir, and changed hands a few times until he ended up with the Sarini family in Kintargo, a family of Chelaxian nobles. The family renamed him Domitius, and started using him as a bodyguard for their oldest daughter, Sabrina. “Domitius” accepted this all without a big fuss. To his thinking, this life was better than any he could have hoped for in Belkzen, so he just sort of went along with it.

One day not too long ago, Dom accompanied the Sarinis to the Opera House. That night, as he stood guard, he couldn’t help but overhear the performance by the opera star Shensen. The beautiful music, sung so wonderfully, awakened something inside the half-orc. While he could barely follow the lyrics, it still felt as if every note she sang was penetrating to his core. Fortunately, he managed to get through the night without letting on that even a half-orc can cry. But ever since then, questions have started to form in Domitius’ mind. Who am I? Why do they get to order me around? Why can Miss Sabrina act like I’m a piece of furniture, or something like a tamed Rull-cat? What do I want?

Answers to those questions would have to wait, for soon after, the new Lord-Mayor took office, and life in Kintargo got turned inside-out. As Barzillai Thrune tightened his grip on the city, even Domitius’ beloved Shensen seems to have disappeared. Rumor has spread of a protest taking place in Aria Park tonight. In what is amounting to his first true act of disobedience in years, tonight Dom slipped off the Sarini estate to go to the park…

Sneak Attack Domitius’ attack deals extra damage anytime his target would be denied a Dexterity bonus to AC (whether the target actually has a Dexterity bonus or not), or when he flanks his target. Should Dom score a critical hit with a sneak attack, this additional damage is not multiplied. Ranged attacks can count as sneak attacks only if the target is within 30 feet.

With a weapon that deals nonlethal damage (like a sap, whip, or unarmed strike), Domitius can make a sneak attack that deals nonlethal damage instead of lethal damage. He cannot use a weapon that deals lethal damage to deal nonlethal damage in a sneak attack, not even with the usual –4 penalty.

Dom must be able to see the target well enough to pick out a vital spot and must be able to reach such a spot. He cannot use sneak attack while striking a creature with concealment.
