The Odd looking fay/gnome/halfling?? in-front of you stands some 3' tall, in wast fine red suit and A Ruby TopHat. he has a smile on his face always seems helpful.

If you can detect aliment you will always get TN, and if you face true seeking etc you looks just the same, yes there is magic on him, lots and lots of magic but its all over the place, any Spell craft rolls you make and you get some thing diffident every time, its as if his magic shifts all the time, yet is not chaotic just odd.

He has a very odd habit of just appearing even past wards that should stop such things.

he seems harmless.
