"Who is that man!?!"

"That thief is stealing my horse! I don't know who he is, but he is getting away! Stop him, call the guard. Do something, please!"

Walking around town looking for ways to assist, you come to Delora's Livery Stable (#12 on Map of Brindol). Suddenly, a horse comes charging out of the stable with a rider in full gallop and Delora comes running out behind it with a hammer in her hand yelling,

"Come back here! That's my horse! Come back! Come back!"

Delora's Stable

"You have all heard my thoughts. I do not see any other choice in the matter!" Delora raises her hand.

"Please let's not argue any more. We should be listening to the Paladin, Longbrow. He is right. We should not be arguing at this time and in fact, we should be out there informing the residents and helping them pack to make their safe retreat. When I was a child I experienced a town put to the sword before. Death and slavery await us if we remain here. We must gather the things we can and flee east, the sooner the better!"

"Please forgive the speaker for his abrupt reply regarding the giants. Perhaps you are right in that they can be trusted. However Speaker Wiston is only concerned for the safety and well being of Drellin's Ferry and the surrounding region. He takes his responsibility very seriously and does not take the matter of giants living nearby lightly."

"We bought you some time, but we don't know how much. You and your Council must decide how your town will handle thsi approaching doom."

"We will have to gather the rest of the council, but we will have to meet first thing in the morning! You are all very brave to have done this!"
