We picked up a bullet point 7 cure light wounds one and the Hellfire magic PDF from super genius games today. It said the purchase worked, got the email saying that. But right after I clicked to go to the download page and the site crashed. I came back tonight to check and the site is up, but it is showing we didn't buy them and the items are back in the cart. In fact the cart looks the way it did well before the purchases as I moved some stuff to save for later list.
So my question is did we really buy them or did that purchase end up not going thru?
I ran across this tonight. It is a cute little funny video, just wait till the end to get it.
video
Sounds interesting.
Well it is up. Curious on the price not that I mind, just that it is much higher than the first one in the series. I am guessing it is a bigger book.
Ok I posted this in another thread I will post it hear as a recap.
Ok I just got a email from... well lets just call them a reliable source of someone that would likely know and have no reason to lie. Below is quoted from the email on the record.
Quote: For the moment Alluria is dead in the water. The quality of the books was simply to high; they didn't even come close to making back what they put into them, and basicly went bankrupt. If the money stream somehow comes in, Alluria will be back. They said more off the record but because they said off the record I won't repeat what they said. Very sad to hear, but kinda what i expected. They had very high quality art and work on their books, I was kinda afraid of this. Anyways i thought I would pass this along to those that was interested.
I am going to try and see if I can get in contact with them and maybe talk them into trying a pledge drive for future products and to help recoup some of their loses.
Just curious has anyone picked this up yet or know more about it? You can find the company blog here.
What the title says. If you click that page, right now all the company links highlight if you hover over one and if you click one it just takes you back to the compatible products listing page.
Reviewed, though I would point out it is well worth the asking price.
Sounds interesting.
My first thought was the old Illusionist class, but seeing the Rose on the cover made me wonder if it wasn't somewhat a variation off the Bard.

Anyone have it yet? If so what did you think?

Interesting, wonder how this stacks up against 4WFG animal book. Anyone have it yet? If so what did you think?

Below is my review. i am not sure why but for some reason you can only get this product on Drivethru/RPGNow and not on Paizo at the moment. Despite the other products of PDG being on paizo.
Anti-Paladin Feats by Purple Duck Games
This product is 4 pages long. It starts with a credits. (½ page)
Anti-Paladin Feats (1 ½ pages)
There is 15 new feats tailored for the Anti-Paladin in this section. While some of them could be used by other classes they are designed for the Anti-Paladin.
Channeled Weapon – Use a Channel Energy use and gain a profane weapon bonus to you and your allies who use your deities weapon.
Dragonboon Aura – bonus to aura of cowardice when fighting next to a dragon.
Aura of Terror – makes aura of cowardice more effective.
Corrupted Faith – grants a DC bonus to any disease you spread.
Corrupted Charge – can channel your touch of corruption into a melee attack for extra dmg.
Empowered Death – Can use channel negative energy to give str and dex bonus to undead for x number of rounds.
Extra Cruelty – gain a extra cruelty.
Extra Touch of Corruption – gain a extra use of touch of corruption.
Greater Cruelty – may choose to forgo the condition and instead just do bonus dmg.
Reward Corruption – gain a temporary to hit bonus when using touch of corruption.
Reward Death – gain limited hp each time you use touch of corruption to harm a living person.
Ultimate Cruelty – Can expand a lot of touch of corruption to raise a body as a undead.
Unsanctioned Detection(redux) – can gain a bonus to perception and sense motive.
Unsanctioned Knowledge(redux) – gain one 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th level spell to add to your spell list. They can be chosen from the Alchemist, Cleric, Inquisitor, or Witch spell list.(has rules for if a Paladin takes it as well.)
Word of Corruption – can use touch of corruption to heal partially another creature at a short range.
It ends with a OGL. (2 page)
Closing thoughts. There is no artwork. I only notice one error in editing and layout. Unsanctioned Knowledge title is in smaller font than the rest of the feats. The feats seem pretty well done and interesting. I admit I have not used the Anti-Paladin yet in a game and have only read over it once. I don't think any of them are to powerful. My personal favorite was Empowered Death which is great for Anti-Paladin or evil clerics with undead minions. So what's my rating? Well it is cheap or free if you choose to take the free version and well done for the price regardless. If you like Anti-Paladins then this is worth picking up. I am giving it a 4 star review. Good but could have been a little better.
Trust me, I'm a Succubus.
Sounds interesting any one have it yet? If so what's your take on it?
Well looks like this one is correct. Now if only the first two can get fixed.
I see another new one, wonder how long this one has been out.
Seen a pretty positive review about this on Drivethru. Anyone else have it? If so what did you think of it?
This sounds oddly interesting.
This is not a official review but I thought I would draw attention to this product. It is free with full stat block write-ups some neat special abilities by what the NPC does for a living and a 2 paragraph tactics section on what said NPC's will do. It is a nice handy book if you need some generic NPC's. Below is a list of all the NPC's in the book, they range from CR1 to CR5.
Clerk
Courtesan
Street Urchin
Tavern Brawler
Apprentice Wizard
Hired Thug
Town Guard
Wood,man
Innkeeper
Local Priest
Squire
Street Performer
Bodyguard
Brigand
Sylvan Druid
Town Elder
Bounty Hunter
Cat Burglar
Guard Lieutenant
Necromantic Adept
It is free so worth grabbing, plus you can get a taste of what Necromancers of the Northwest has to offer with their pay products for free.
Very cool. :)
Sounds interesting.
Added it to me DL's to check it out.

A funny video that DnDChick posted up over at Necromancer Forums a while back that I missed until recently. I thought I would share with the Paizo Peeps. NSFW mostly for language.

I have a request for a feature I would find helpful. Is there anyway that like how if something is in your shopping cart or in your downloads, how it tells you that. Is there anyway to add items you have moved to your saved list of the shopping cart as well to that list? As it stands I have to go check all the time to make sure I don't double add a item.
Hmm another monster book. Anyone pick this up to know what kind of monsters and such are in it?
the issue you emailed us about has been resolved. But because the email account has been acting wonky with sending emails I am going to post here as well just in case. I deposit a check into the account linked to paizo tonight after work. So it should all be good when the check clears, tomorrow I suppose, or how ever long that normally takes.

Monstrous Races 2 by Purple Duck Publishing
This product is 19 pages long. It starts with a cover, credits, toc, and forward. (2 pages)
Monstrous Races (14 pages)
Each race has a full race write up, with all the stats needed to play one as a PC race. It talks about class roles for the race. Gives new favored class options and racial traits.
Dark Folk – aka dark creepers, race seems a bit strong. Not to strong to use just strong.
Dhampir – Has no PC stat block listed, I assume since it is in the beastiary 2 that they felt no need to reprint it. I was disappointed by this, it should included everything you need.
Forlarren – offspring of devils and nymphs.
Living Ghoul – another one that felt it might have been a little strong.
Lizardfolk – This one was very well done.
Sahuagin – In a undersea campaign they might be a bit strong, but in a land campaign they might be a little weak.
Skulk – a very focused race able to hide or disguise it's self well.
Slyph – Like the Dhampir there is no stats given in the book, just the new racial and favored class abilities.
It ends with a OGL. (3 pages)
Closing thoughts. The art work is black and white and ranges from fair to pretty good. Editing and layout are pretty good. I liked the book as it adds more race options for PC's for those that want them. Most of the races only get 4-5 favored classes and about the same number of racial traits. I liked the majority of them for all the races. I did comment on who I thought two of the races where strong. When I say strong I mean I feel they are above the core races but not by much. Not enough to be unbalanced, only that they felt strong. Of course after playing with them they might not be as bad as they seem at first read as well.
I was disappointed that the stat blocks where not included for the Dhampir and Slyph, I know they are in the beastiary 2 but I still felt they should have been included. With that said I did like the book, so if you are looking for new PC races this is worth picking up. I do home they do more and possible create some. Maybe a half-nymph or half-dryad etc. I wouldn't even mind seeing for some of the stronger races, them to have base stats and then some racial levels for those that want to play such races in the future. So what's my rating? I am going to give it a 4 star, I think it is a solid book for those wanting more race options.
Trust me, I'm a Succubus.
Nice story, look forward to the next part.
Going to check out your free one and if I like it enough I will pick this up later and review it.
