I put this order on hold but I sent a email after getting back on the 2nd but never had a reply. So making a new forum thread about it, at this point I would like to start things again but since it is so close to the next months order coming out. Can you just ship this at the same time as the January one, to save a little on shipping please?
I sent a email last week and got the shipping noticed yesterday about it going to be shipped soon. I sent a reply to that asking again for it to be held and got a automated response.
I understand you guys are completely swamped but I have to get this order held before it gets processed. We are going out of town next week and won't be back until after the New Year and don't want the box of books sitting out in the weather that whole time.
So to make positive the order gets held until we return, I am making a forum thread too.
Thanks in advance.
This is something I personally would LOVE to have and would pay good money for.
A new map collection set. One that featured the new giant player-oriented maps designed to look like an ink-and-parchment drawing of varies regions. The latest one for Irrisen is what made me think of it.
What I would like is a map pack with say 3-4 regions/nations in each pack made like that style of map. You could do one of South Inner Sea's, which would have Cheliax, Andoran, and Isger in the first one, then another one With Taldor, Galt, Absalom, and Qadira next, etc.
Personally I would love to have such a map for every nation and region of the world, something to hand the players. My players always want to go find a map of the region they go to next as one of their first acts.
Anyways just a thought that I think would sell well and be useful.
I don't know about anyone else but I really liked the ink-and-parchment style map. I would love and i do mean love, to see such a style of map done for the inner sea region, Tian, and every country. I would pay good money for that and I know some of my players would as well.
Something they can hold in their hands and use as a map with out giving things away would be very cool. So I am suggesting Paizo serious consider doing a series of maps like that. I could be wrong but I bet they would sell very well.
We picked up a bullet point 7 cure light wounds one and the Hellfire magic PDF from super genius games today. It said the purchase worked, got the email saying that. But right after I clicked to go to the download page and the site crashed. I came back tonight to check and the site is up, but it is showing we didn't buy them and the items are back in the cart. In fact the cart looks the way it did well before the purchases as I moved some stuff to save for later list.
So my question is did we really buy them or did that purchase end up not going thru?
Ok I posted this in another thread I will post it hear as a recap.
Ok I just got a email from... well lets just call them a reliable source of someone that would likely know and have no reason to lie. Below is quoted from the email on the record.
For the moment Alluria is dead in the water. The quality of the books was simply to high; they didn't even come close to making back what they put into them, and basicly went bankrupt. If the money stream somehow comes in, Alluria will be back.
They said more off the record but because they said off the record I won't repeat what they said. Very sad to hear, but kinda what i expected. They had very high quality art and work on their books, I was kinda afraid of this. Anyways i thought I would pass this along to those that was interested.
I am going to try and see if I can get in contact with them and maybe talk them into trying a pledge drive for future products and to help recoup some of their loses.
Below is my review. i am not sure why but for some reason you can only get this product on Drivethru/RPGNow and not on Paizo at the moment. Despite the other products of PDG being on paizo.
Anti-Paladin Feats by Purple Duck Games
This product is 4 pages long. It starts with a credits. (½ page)
Anti-Paladin Feats (1 ½ pages)
It ends with a OGL. (2 page)
Closing thoughts. There is no artwork. I only notice one error in editing and layout. Unsanctioned Knowledge title is in smaller font than the rest of the feats. The feats seem pretty well done and interesting. I admit I have not used the Anti-Paladin yet in a game and have only read over it once. I don't think any of them are to powerful. My personal favorite was Empowered Death which is great for Anti-Paladin or evil clerics with undead minions. So what's my rating? Well it is cheap or free if you choose to take the free version and well done for the price regardless. If you like Anti-Paladins then this is worth picking up. I am giving it a 4 star review. Good but could have been a little better.
Trust me, I'm a Succubus.
This is not a official review but I thought I would draw attention to this product. It is free with full stat block write-ups some neat special abilities by what the NPC does for a living and a 2 paragraph tactics section on what said NPC's will do. It is a nice handy book if you need some generic NPC's. Below is a list of all the NPC's in the book, they range from CR1 to CR5.
It is free so worth grabbing, plus you can get a taste of what Necromancers of the Northwest has to offer with their pay products for free.
