If it does include magic items, are they listed as an index or crunched out at all?

Thank you to all who took photos for all of us wanting to go but couldn't. It looks like it was a crazy fun.

Very beautiful.

I'd love to go to a Paizo Con some day. *sighs*

I can't find if this has been answered elsewhere, but I was wondering if there's any thought about how much it would cost to engage in services with a local priest/ess of Calistria?

What I'm looking for are prices for: 1) partial sexual acts 2) full sexual acts 3) extreme sexual acts 4) use of "poisons" during such acts 5) wanting information 6) getting a priest/ess to find out information for you or otherwise "getting dirt" on someone.

Will there be any more info associated with this AP regarding the Ouat caste Dwarves?

I noticed that in D1: CotKK by Nicolas Logue mentions, "Raucous games of 'knivesies' and 'mig-a-mug-tug'..." in the appendix, but this has changed to "Raucous games of 'knivesies' and 'lefty-loosy'..." on page 31 of Pathfinder Chronicles: Guide to Darkmoon Vale by Mike McArtor.

Has the game changed, are all three games played, or has mig-a-mug-tug been decided as to no longer be among the games played in the Sitting Duck since it has been designated as the game of choice among ogres?

Assuming, then, that lefty-loosy is a game not to be confused with mig-a-mug-tug, is it detailed anywhere or otherwise pegged for elaboration at a future date? Even just a simple game objective/outline would be neato.

Has there been any feedback I've missed regarding resolving two competing Necromancers and their ability to control 8HD/ level of undead (starting at first level), and one should attempt to wrest control of the other's posse of undead minions? Is this meant to replace the normal 4HD of the Animate Dead spell?
Is it resolved via an opposing CHA check?

(I did a forum search to no avail. I apologize if this has been covered elsewhere/ before.)

(The formatting is off, and I don't have the time to troubleshoot, apologies to everyone)

I know this is on another board, but if this is the right place to post it so that it gets properly reviewed . . .

I think it's a shame that despite being a core 3.5 SRD class, that it faces the real chance of complete neglect when it comes to an official Pathfinder player's HB make-over along with the rest of the classes.

I find it ironic since psionics will be making brief cameos in the 2D AP and Campaign hardbound book, but not as part of the player's HB. I assume this leaves any modifications up to individuals?

Divine orison and arcane cantrips can be used at will but only a limited time each day. I find the two terms to contrast. I'd define at will as something that can be used at any time for a limitless count each day. If a cleric is otherwise still restricted to just 4 times a day, maximum, I don't think that this is enough reason to nerf cure light wounds. I have no fear of adventurers with access to healing. It makes them more courageous and less likely to quit for the day.

I've cut out the need for any material components and XP cost for spells and magic item creation, so there's no substantial change to saying these spells can be cast at any time but only for a limited amount each day unless it's phrased like "abilities that can be used as a SU ability x times/ day" instead of "at will."

The recent journal mentions dealers in "pesh" and qat," and since it mentions them selling them in "plain sight," I assume they're of an otherwise dubious nature in most places.

What are pesh and qat? I assume they're a kind of narcotic.

I really enjoyed the journal, and I loved how we become familiarized with it through the exploits of Eando Kline.

Spoiler:
Red robes, eh . . . would those holding the stolen goods be "Red Mantis" assassins by any chance? How they tagged all of the spoils seems rather suspicious of a professional organization in any case.

The young girl in Sirathu intrigued the hell out of me. Will there be any additional mention of this in CotCT, a future journal, or Guide to Korvosa?

To everyone and to those at Paizo: Happy Thanksgiving!!

May the day be free of stress, and full of rest.

I was wondering that now that the various fortunetelling practices of the Varisians have been detailed, has anyone begun implementing such skills (i.e. astrology, crystallomancy, cartomancy (using a harrow deck), and face-reading) for the (N)PC's with any crunch?

If a skill, I'd assume the related ability might be Wisdom or Charisma. Has anyone morphed it with a pre-existing skill (like spellcraft or Perform)?

Are these skills meant to be "for entertainment purposes only", or can actual fortunetelling take place? If actual fortunetelling happens, (as far as possible crunch) would it be like casting an augury spell (and with the accompanying price)?

I've always had fun creating names and NPC's. One of my DM's could count on me on the fly to whip out names for the game.

This can be a good place to post names/ NPC ideas.

In Turtleback Ferry, my group sought the services of an alchemist. Although there wasn't an alchemist "shop," there was an old, almost blind, Dwarf woman that other people go to concerning apothecary, alchemical, and general herb advice and goes by the name "Stone Hoar." She's only 3' tall, so she's short for a Dwarf, but she'll spit out those Dwarven curses 'til Toilday if you tick her off.

I hear the banjo's and calm petitions to the gods to aim true already.

So, will this finally be the installment where we finally get to see Valeros greased up and squealing like a pig?? Soouuueeeeeeeeeee!!!

Yum, yum, gimme some!

I'm trying to understand the benefit of selecting the Arcane Focus Item feat in Dragon 358 page 86. It mentions that a wizard may spontaneously convert any spell per the metamagic guidelines 3 times per day. Cannot a wizard "spontaneously" select any viable spell for a metamagic feat anyway, as long as it meets the guidelines?
Does this mean that the way a metamagic feat works then is that a wizard must select ahead of time during the 8 hours of rest? I'm poring over the SRD, and I can't find anywhere that a wizard must select the spell to be enhanced ahead of time in this way, and I always assumed it can be chosen "spontaneously" during that precise moment, which would make the usefulness of this feat minimal.

I noticed that the next few Pathfinders changed from two in November to two in December. Is this accurate?? (pouts) I hope all things are going well.

The blog mentioned some tidbits regarding Pathfinder 3 beginning last week. It's the second week after that post. Only my sheer enthusiasm and joygasm damned at the gates is forcing me to inquire about when tidbits might arrive.

I apologize for the mess in advance.

Thanks for any replies.

Lonjiku and Tsuto are now both dead in the game, and Ameiko has been rescued and poised to overtake the manor and the Glassworks. I was planning on having the Sczarni try to exploit what they see as a new opportunity with the isolated and vulnerable heiress. There might also be some involvement from the Scarnetti's eager to expand their influence in the city and region (perhaps first offering to buy out the Glassworks and then using the Sczarni if Ameiko refuses).

I was planning on starting this scenario as soon as the PC's finish Thistletop.

Are there any such plans with Ameiko in subsequent Pathfinders that my idea would inadvertently conflict with?

*edit* Oh, and if then the PC's are invited to tangle with the Sczarni, how powerful would they be, how conceivable would it be for the PC's to "break" the local Sczarni? I am anticipating that it might seem easy at first, but that the Sczarni can call upon the big guns in retaliation.

Regarding the RotR AP, I noticed that issue #1 is out now in August, it indicates we wait for two months for #2 in October, but that #3 and #4 will both be ready in November (followed by #5 in December and #6 in January). Is this the confirmed schedule of availability, or is any of the in error/ subject for change? I'm just curious about waiting two months between the first two issues only to get two issues out the same time only one month after that.

Forgive me if this has been answered before (I searched old posts and the Paizo blog), but is there any additional significance to the jewels adorning the foreheads of Merisiel and Karzoug (It seems Karzoug has some on the back of his hand as well)? If they are just jewels, is there any cultural significance as there would be towards, for example, tattoos? (I must say, I'm eagerly awaiting Pathfinder #3 for the cover alone.)

I'm curious if there's a relationship between the style of these jewels and ancient Thassilonia, perhaps as a sign of magical power (i.e. "don't mess with me. . . I can use magic"), part of the cultural flavor of Riddleport (Arr, if ye be a pirate or rogue, it's the latest fashion), or a link to her Elf heritage.
