First of all - we loved it, and had an absolute blast.
Afterwards, the group commented that while it was nice not to have the faction missions "conveniently" thrown in as part of the mission track (it actually came across as more realistic) - without some additional prep by the GM to flesh them out, or awesome improv skills, they can either become a matter of a few boring die rolls, or end up with most of the player waiting as the GM deals with each faction in turn - and the rest of the table restless.
This adventure truly rewards a GM who can ham it up, especially on the part of the goblins, and even more so for Ekkie. It took long, but was well worth it.
