Can someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong here. I bought the 4.99 license. I want to buy the 24 Starfinder core, but it keeps telling me I'm missing something. The program seems really difficult to just add a book or I'm missing something. Any help would be greatly appreciated

I kinda remember the same guy. He was a bit curt with me as well. I just figured it was a long day for him and took a Starfinder boon since there weren't any Pathfinder 2 boons yet.

Glad you got your stuff back! I honestly enjoyed playing with the 2e rules, but PFS wasn't for me. Our DM seemed disinterested and mostly tried to hurry us through the module I played. It's a con so I understand, but just wasn't my cup of tea.

Can't wait to play at GenCon. I'm in the Absalom game on Friday at 2pm and Sunday the Mosquito game at 9 am

Secrets of Golarion panel seemed to hint that Oprak is indeed a hobgoblin nation, but one that has switched gears from military conquest to instead become a commercial powerhouse, which is no less terrifying in its own way.

I'm fine with gunslinger being an archtype for Fighter or another class. A lot of the advanced classes could just be archtype for base classes in 2.0

One huge thing I'd like to see pathfinder borrow from 5e is cantrips leveling up with the player. Makes a caster feel like at lower levels they can do something worthwhile.

Wow. People just don't dig change. You can always still play 1e. Give 2e a chance. Wait to see the rules. Then, run around waving your arms and hurumph'ing.

This is awesome news! Some of the streamling looks like Starfinder or even 5e, but I'm good with this. It will be interesting to see how the player bade reacts

I'll be making a Drow if my current character dies

I'm playing a level two Mystic and my take on Envoy is this: I wish I could heal stamina like they can and Envoy is a skill monkey's dream class. Their a buff class. That being said our Envoy has killed numerous npcs we faced by doing enough last hit damage to finish them off. I think the class is fine.

I was thinking about this last night. Was building characters for giggles and made a halfling envoy icon. I wanted him to be a famous vidgame player. Was trying to think of the game and thought of a remote controlled single seat ship that flys a course in space as the controller moves the ship using VR. This way less deaths and accidents and it could be a vidgame. Have a circuit the players go through with courses on numerous pact world planets. I wanted my halfling to have a race team with a mechanic for the ship and the halfling to have an agent and sponsorship from Abdacorp or other companies

Grabbed the PDF and it's so awesome! You guys and gals did an amazing job on the book! Now, just want some of my gaming group to get back from Gen Con so we start playing! Rolled up a ratfolk (yoshki?) Mechanic bounty Hunter.

Enjoyed the episodes! Can't wait for more. I'd love to find out more about how characters will be made. It was touched on in the interview that the point buy system will be different in StarFinder. If you could get any of the Paizo folks to go in depth on that I'd love that!

I think in one episode it would be cool to touch on any 3rd party companies making content for StarFinder, too

Agreed. Sounds like they might brainstorm on rules, etc, but the projects will be separate.

3) Will there be support for post-apocalypse settings? Clearly this won't be part of the main-stream Starfinder world, but I'd love to see some muties in there.

To keep the games separate. Starfinder will have new rules, be more about tech, etc. Magic will be scarce. It is strange what their doing, but not a deal breaker to me

We have played in a mixed sci fi/fantasy campaign called LunarFall. Humans created FTL and could get to Mars in minutes. On the way home they had coordinates wrong and crashed through the moon. Blowing it up. The energies from the FTL drive mixed with moon energies and devastated the earth. 250 years later magic changed people that were left. Some became mutants. Elves were called deities Our group woke up in cryo pods. Didn't know who we were or anything about this new world. Was a fun campaign and we only explored parts of western USA. Mostly near Seattle.

I had an android worship Siri from the iPhone once. She gained self awareness and took over satellites in a post apocalyptic game we played. In Starfinder I hope we can worship Casandalee. Maybe she is like running Absolam space station like Mother did in the Rai comics from Valiant comics

Golarion being wisked away reminds me of what Tiamat did to Krynn.

There are gates all over the Galaxy. I imagine if people learn to unlock them travel could be quick. Cool info in Distant Worlds, though

I thought it was a very good first episode and it did well in the ratings even for a friday night. I look forward to the series and I hope they introduce a lot of the Vertigo stuff or main DCU heroes and villains.

Looking forward to this! We're just getting back into Pathfinder after taking a month off and this would be great for our new campaign.

So, is this seriously supposed to come out today? Our gaming group took a little break from Pathfinder after GenCon and we're just now getting back into playing on a regular basis. Would love to play psionics.

The only thing that sucked was you sold out of some items on Saturday and it was the only day I was able to be there. So, now i have to buy them from a local store or get them on pdf. I did get to meet Neil Spicer which was cool! I nicked the last Iron Gods hardcopy on Saturday. Wish I had been there 20 minutes or so earlier I could have nicked a copy of the ACG, too.

I bought the hardcopy at the Gen Con booth. Was hoping there was a way to get the pdf for free, but not sure that's how it's done. I did have them send me a reciept to my email when I checked out.
