Yeah...sorry about that, lol. At least it was a pregen that got torn apart by that owlbear-thing. And I couldn't have gotten this started without you guys. I may have gotten the ball rolling, but I'd still be trying in vain to get my home group together if you all hadn't answered my first post in this thread. Side note: I totally want to make t-shirts as far as I know, the coordinator is the one that's supposed to report the final results, hence the sheet the GM is supposed to fill out and hand back at the table. Otherwise, things like that don't really have much of a point. But I'll make sure you're added. :) Edit: And there you go! All added up. Also, I'm still waiting on the sheet for the second table, so that'll be added once I receive it. But believe me, having this as a single, ongoing event makes it much easier to organize and keep track of than if every individual GM has their own event scheduled. This order says that my copy of Pathfinder Chronicles: Guide to the River Kingdoms shipped February 16th, but I have yet to see it as of today, March 4th. I've had issues with shipments to my apartment in the past (really not sure why), but as I had actually tried to cancel my subscriptions before this shipped out and it wound up being sent anyway, I was hoping to get a refund of some sort rather than having a new copy sent to me. And if I do see the missing copy show up I'll gladly send it back. Thanks. So the next game will be on the 13th (oooh, Saturday the 13th) and I'll try to run #43: The Pallid Plague by Mark Moreland, if there aren't any objections. Another question, though, do we want to do two sessions again? (with a shorter dinner break between, I'd suggest, to avoid having to rush to get out of there before the store closes, lol), and who wants to run something for the second? Alright, so I was converting my old PFS character from Season 0 to the Pathfinder RPG, and the conversion states that you're supposed to keep the same name. I was wondering if it was possible to ever change the characters name at all? Mostly asking out of curiosity, as the character concept has evolved since the time I played him last, and while I'm perfectly willing to create a new character with the same concept to get a different name, I wanted to sort of get my bases covered. Well, while I think certain people from Paizo itself can vouch for my nonsuckpuppetness, I'll post a pic when I get a chance. :) until then, Facebook Okay, I know we're all thinking it, but I gotta say it... Crit happens, right? ;) *coughs* Anyway, we had a blast. Literally. Between three evil clerics and a fire trap, we got smacked around pretty good. My character Ailyn didn't make it quite as deep into the negatives as everyone else, and at least was one of the last people standing in that one battle...before being taken down by a dart. Good thing one of our clerics was still up :) And I still say that one guy was a eunuch... On another note: What scenarios have all of you played, and which would you like to play next time? My dad or I certainly don't mind GMing, and I'd really like to do something no one has done before. I'll certainly volunteer to eat a scenario if no one else wants to run. I've mostly been here or on the Wizards boards, and don't tend to frequent many more. And really, on the WotC boards I only tend to frequent the Forgotten Realms forums with any regularity, and there the discussion is more focused toward WotC's treatment of the setting...but from time to time the topic does come up, and I haven't noticed much more than some of the arguing I've seen around here. Personally, I enjoy, and play, both systems. My home game has been 4th edition for the past two sessions, but I'm also coordinating Pathfinder Society at my FLGS. My financial situation is tenuous, I'm afraid), I'd like to cancel all of my subscriptions except my Pathfinder Adventure Path and Pathfinder Roleplaying Game subscriptions. Again, really sorry, and thanks for being so patient with folks like me. :) Bleh, and as much as I hate to throw this onto the pile, I'd like to add the Adventure Path to that too. Just can't afford the expense right now. As much as I hate to say it (and I feel horrid for jerking you guys around over this recently. Again, really sorry, and thanks for being so patient with folks like me. :) I haven't received confirmation either, and what seemed weirder to me is that I got a confirmation e-mail for the next Pathfinder Chronicles book shipping by itself, even though I changed my shipping preferences to holding all of the books so that they ship together in a single, monthly shipment. Weirder still, my subscription information shows me next Pathfinder AP book as being 31, with the previous listed as 29...so not sure what's up there. In my experience, this has never really caused an issue. I play female characters from time to time, and am male, and I have someone who was in my regular group at one point who always played a female character no matter what. Here's the thing, though. Are they playing them as an actual character, or as more of a charicature of a female of whatever species there are? I think that's where the distinction is. Regardless, I don't see it as any different than playing an elf or a dwarf or whatever. Why is playing a different gender any different than playing a different species? Slight change of plans for the home game this weekend. Seems my dad has to work, so it'll likely only be the one session. Edit: I was going to run #4, but actually, if you would like to play a particular scenario from Season 1 that you haven't played yet, let me know. I've got my eye on a few, so it's a bit up in the air at the moment. Home is typically the most comfortable setting, but luckily the RPGA guys don't have the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of the month in the afternoon taken up. That's when the PFS group at OCC will be playing from now on (they've added us to the schedule, so we're official). The RPGA guys do have the 1st and 3rd Saturdays, as well as evenings it seems, as there are two different groups, but we shouldn't have too much of an issue bumping into them. We'll have to see how it plays out on the 27th. LtlBtyRam wrote: If you are one person short as the GM you can run a pre-gen. Not my choice and I haven't had to and hope I don't get put in that situation, but I guess it does beat the alternative. I know, and I would have had to if just one person hadn't shown. Unfortunately we were two short. Not really the best circumstance. I can handle running a pregen myself, honestly, since I've run GMPCs at times (sometimes it's the only way I get to "play", really), but yeah...I was hoping I wouldn't have to. Unfortunately, one guy never answered his phone and the other just couldn't make it down. Well, not much to talk about as of yet, lol. But for two weeks in a row, now, things have fallen through. Getting rather tiresome, and I'm actually debating finding a different group of people to play with eventually. Regardless, they're my friends, so I'm gonna give it another go. So yeah, tentatively Saturday the 13th at noon.
