Appearence:
Skin: Silvery, ornately carved
Eyes: Orange/Amber

Dahak is extremely short for a warforged, standing exactly six feet tall. Almost every inch of his iron hide is ornately carved with draconic patterns, mostly they mimic the appearence of scales or horns, his back features prominent but poorly carved wings.

In his hand he continuously clenches the ironwood haft of an oversized flail. The dragon motif continues on the weapon, with the three fobs carved as a dragon's head and claws, the chains stylized as neck and arms, carvings on the haft completing the body, and a small length of chain dangling from the base of the weapon apparently a tail.

Background:
Dahak, like all the warforged of this world is a relic from another time. Held below the surface, entombed in a quasi concious state, waiting. Waiting.

Into the silence crawled the the great wyrm, Zeranthex. The hidden chamber where Dahak resided was opened when the wyrm sought shelter in the earth from its enemies.

The awakening of Dahak was unplanned. Not conducted properly. Shadows of ancient memories drift through the lost corners of his mind. An ancient purpose nigh remembered.

When Zeranthex awoke, he attempted to set right the damage he had wrought on the construct's mind, but too much time had passed. By magic and will Zeranthex atepmpted to pour wisdom into the warforged. Instead he was greeted with a doting servant. To Dahak, Zeranthex was the ancient power to which he was subservient. He idolized the wyrm. He sought to emulate it, to honor it, and to spread its ideals across the land.

Zeranthex was not pleased by this worship. He gave the warforged the gift of language, and of principles, but in the end, could not stay with the poor creature. So in the darkest hour of a moonless night, Zeranthex sent Dahak out into the wilderness on a task. When Dahak returned to their shared home, he found only a letter, which he could not read.

Dejected, he set himself a new mission. He set off into the wilderness, alone.

Where from a few days to a few weeks later, he tripped over a branch and fell on an adventure.

Personality:

Dahak is a bit off the deep end. His awakening by Zeranthex was accidental, and Z promptly went into a hibernatory sleep to heal the damage he received from fighting his enemies. When Z woke up a month later, he found Dahak "living" in their shared cave.

Too add to his oddity, Dahak has almost memories from before he was put into the stais pod. Constantly on the edge of his vision he sees inexplicable after images of forgotten moments. Most unfortunately, the constant distraction makes it very difficult for him to use ranged attacks.

Like most warforged, Dahak does not express himself well emotionally, when agitated his iron grip on his flail tighetns and loosens rythmically, occasionally producing groans of stress from the ironwood shaft.

Dahak has developed the hobby of metal sculpting and carving, hence the ornate weapon and carvings in himself. What he lacks in skill he makes up for in patience. He will gladdly take days to carve even simple shapes, effectivley taking lots of 20s on his unskilled craft check.
