their varied nature.
Medium: Half-elves are Medium creatures, and have no
bonuses or penalties due to their size.
Normal Speed: Half-elves have a base speed of 30 feet.
Low-Light Vision: Half-elves can see twice as far as
humans in conditions of poor illumination.
Keen Senses: Half-elves receive a +2 bonus on sight- and
sound-based Perception checks. They can make a Perception
check to spot a secret or concealed door if they pass within
10 feet, regardless of whether or not they are actively looking.
Elven Immunities: Half-elves are immune to magic
sleep effects and get a +2 racial saving throw bonus against
enchantment spells or effects.
Adaptability: Half-elves receive Skill Focus, as a bonus
feat, at 1st level.
Elf Blood: Half-elves count as both elves and humans
for any effect related to race.
Languages: Half-elves begin play speaking Common
and Elven. Half-elves with high Intelligence scores can
choose any languages they want (except secret languages,
such as Druidic).

Her 'Father' was One of the Barbarians who wanted a male heir so when he got her he wasn't pleased and she was thrown out on the street. her mother an elven woman. tried to help her as much as she could bringing her food or blankets whenever possible though her 'Father' still wanted A male so she generally grew up on her own. developing her magical abilities under the Cabal whom she joined as soon as she realized that was who she was, a wizard...

She heard of her mother being slain as her second child was another Female she doesn't know the fate of her sister, Because of them killing her mother and possibly killing or dooming her sister she hates the Barbarians who rule this city...
