I posted a thread on the 27th of December 2017 wondering why the Starfinder Subscriber Advantage hadn't been activated on my account. The support staff responded saying that it should activate by the next product release, but it has been over a month.
The only reason i have subscribed to the maps subscription is so I could get the advantage, support your company, and get the free Society Subscription.
I really want to get into the society RPG's but missed 1-07 because the Subscription still hasn't been activated.
Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.
Just had my order ship (Looking forward to getting my hands on it) and have just listened to the Interview with Thirsty on Cosmic Crit. I am interested in picking up the Starfinder Society Roleplaying Guide items.
I noticed when reading the Paizo Advantage information page, I should get a free subscription to those items?
I am wondering if I qualify for the Paizo advantage to get this free subscription? (I subscribe to the four physical Starfinder Subscriptions and have had an item ship from each one) And if I do, how do I activate it so I can get this subscription and purchase the ones I am missing?
When I started the Adventure Path Subscription for Starfinder the print version of Dead Suns Adventure Path: Temple of the Twelve wasn't available. Is it possible to order it under the subscription (As the main reason I want to get the subscription is to bundle buy the PDF and the physical book?
Do I have to Cancel my existing subscription and renew the subscription starting with that product?
Is it possible to combine shipping with the Alien Archive Pawns that I currently have pending and on order?
Also, any word on when the Adventure Path 1: Incident on Absalon Station will be off back order?
I have dropped support an email but unfortunately haven't got a reply (I understand that you guys don't operate on weekends, but I have experienced quicker resolutions using the forums)
My Starfinder Core Book spine has broken. I have attached a picture in the email.
I have contacted the store I brought the book through and they said they have had no issues and as such will not offer a replacement and that I need to contact you directly.
I have sent them a link to your statement about the binding issues and they still say I need to contact you directly.
I have added more subscriptions to my service, and to reduce the cost of the next order (Shipping wise as the Alien Archive Pawn Box is going to cost around 40USD to ship to Australia) I was trying to order the Condition Cards I ordered through the Accessory Subscription to be paid for this week.
I saw that it was in the sidecart, and tried to just ship the condition cards, and now the entire sidecart has disappeared, and it appears to be saying that I need to purchase the condition cards separately to the subscription.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
(I would call your support line but I am located in Australia and it would cost a fortune).
