This total only reflects the charge for the shipping and handling fee for the book. The bulk of the charge for the bundle was charged when immediately when you got the PDF. Your Tome of Horrors is set to ship out with this subscription shipment. Thanks,

If you do not want/need the Limited Edition PDF, let me know and I can return it for Paizo store credit. Several people chose to go this route, then immediately used that store credit to pay for their Unlimited Edition print/pdf bundle. Your print version just shipped out and was charged today, so it's a little late to offset the charge. However if you want me to return the superfluous Limited Edition PDF for store credit, I'll be happy to do so, just let me know. Note that this will remove the PDF from your My Downloads page. Ok, I've figured out what happened. This was the result of some automated behavior in our system. When you changed the payment method on your subscription, to check the validity of the payment method, the system authorized the card using the smallest pending order attached to it. Unfortunately, the only pending order you have is the Battles Case, so this is what it the system used. You can expect this auth to disappear on it's own, and your card should not be authed again until we actually ship something out. Thanks,

There are no protections on the PDFs stopping you from printing them. They are watermarked and protected from changes, just like every other Paizo PDF, but this should not be any impediment to them being printed. While I am more than happy to accept responsibility when the responsibility is ours, I really think this must have been something on FedEx's side. We have had reports that fedex/kinkos can sometimes be stickier about printing things than is necessary for Paizo PDFs. Usuaully this is due to the employee trying to make sure they aren't getting into sticky legal issues. It is, therefore, possible the self serve station has some manner of policy enforcing prophylactic that is preventing printing. Some customers report printing out the relevant FAQ entry helps assure fedex/kinko's employees that its okay to print them out. Thanks,

I think the takeaway from this whole discussion is this: You should choose the means which works the best for you. Whether that is getting stuff from Amazon, or via subscription from us, if you are purchasing Paizo products from anywhere (so long as it's not second-hand), then you are going to be supporting us in some manner. The most important thing is that you get the products you enjoy and enjoy the products you get. If you really want to go above and beyond in support for Pathfinder, then you should check out your local Pathfinder Society chapter. Get involved and GM. If there isn't a chapter near you, then start one! :) The Society is growing by leaps and bounds right now and now is a great time to jump in and make some Pathfinder happen in your area. I'm sorry that you are not interested in the Pathfinder Beginner's Box. It was included in your subscription because a subscription is a subscription to a product line, and the Beginner's Box is a part of the Pathfinder Roleplaying Game line. However, I do understand your point that you already have a bunch of Pathfinder RPG stuff. Keep in mind, though, that I know that most of our subscribers are very pleased with the Beginner's Box. Many are planning on using the box with their experienced players as an option for a different kind of game. Others are planning on sharing the Beginner's Box. I've heard from subscribers who plan on giving it as a Christmas present to their kids, or nieces/nephews/friend's kids. I also know of subscribers who have used the Beginner's Box as a way to introduce Pathfinder to their significant others who are intimidated by the size and complexity of the Core Rulebook. So don't think of it as merely a tool for your game, but think of it as also a tool for you to bring the game to others. This being said, of course, if you still don't want it in light of this, please return it as Erik instructed above. We want you to be happy with your subscription. Thanks,
